Hotel is nicely located close to the beach. Hotel pool has dedicated shallow part for babies and small children - quite practical and the water temperature was very cosy. Private parking at the hotel is possible for extra costs (on our case 10€/day) - definitely recommendable since public parking so close to the beach is rather difficult. We enjoyed our stay very much, big role in in played also the hotel staff, who was really friendly and always helpful. Thank you all again!

The temperature in our hotel room was a bit too high even though the AC was working non-stop and on highest power. Might be surely because it was 35+°C outside. Nevertheless, the windows didn't seem to be well sealing - that didn't help either.

Lovely sea view from the large terrace which had sun beds, umbrella, chairs and a table. Comfortable beds and very friendly room maid. Altogether all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was generous, we ate dinner there once which was also very good. It is super easy to rent a car directly from the hotel. The beaches are just a short walk away. The starter kitchen kit was very thoughtful, it would be even better if there was a basic supply of salt and pepper.

Really flexible, had its own kitchen and also included meals, really clean, professional and friendly staff. Location is great, 3 min walk to the beach and can see the beach from the window. On site pool is a great addition.

Beds could have been more comfortable. Bedroom beds were too firm, pillows a bit funny shaped (too flat) and the living room beds were creaky foldouts with head being below the bed level, so it took a while to get used to it.

The reception staff was the best and very attentive. The pool area was small, but there was no problems with sunbeds, which is nice. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection.

The bar area was a bit cold and staff there not very attentive to the guests. The dinner at evening, was very well prepared, however it was not very friendly for kids and had a lot of local dishes. Sometimes it felt like we were eating solo in a huge room.

Breakfast and dinner were great, good taste and selection. Apartments are very clean and comfortable, cleaning service makes very good job. Design of the hotel is very nice. The bus stop is very close, 2 minutes, beach is also max. 5 minutes walk.

We had to have breakfast early due to an excursion, and also on the day of leave. Once it was not possible at all, on the day of leave it was possible, but not very good experience, we had very limited things to choose. (7:30!, so not extremely early). The place is advertised as "beachfront", which is partly true, you have to walk 1-2 streets down to the beach. (I regret that I have not chosen a sea view room, it would have add to the experience, but it is of course not the fault of the hotel, just a recommendation to others.)

Hotel was in great location, the staff were pleasant, and we enjoyed the surroundings. Breakfast was mixed and although catering more for German guests, was still OK. We would return to Hotel, Novo Mar, perhaps in summer, as we had a few days of rain & colder evenings.

If you couldn't understand German, the Hotel & Area, may be a struggle, we could, so no problem.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Even prior to our stay they answered questions for us very promptly. As requested, they put a cot in our room for our toddler but also put in a baby bath for us which was a lovely suprise and very useful. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of variety. The location was very convenient. Close to beach and a small playground as well as a convenience store opposite. Swimming pool was lovely with a section cornered off for little ones

We went half board. 2/3 nights were good but the other, it would have been nice to have more traditional food options.

Really close to the beach, pool wasn’t busy, large appartments, comfy beds, close to lovely bars and restaurants, great choice at breakfast? Lovely coffee and orange juice, lovely good value restaurants: mar y mar was a definite highlight on the beach

Excellent reception welcome from Toni- thank you Toni ! Friendly, courteous staff during breakfast. Excellent choice and variety for breakfast. The freshly baked breads and churros were yumners!! Storage facilities for bikes was excellent!

Overlooking roofs wasnt great in the studio room. The kitchen was bare. It woukd be useful just to have basic like salt/pepper- tea/ coffee. I was hoping exoexting a coffee nachine lije a nespresso or similar but had none:( I was also expecting toiletries fir tge entire stay but was only available for day 1. Blankets only had 1 sheet between so felt a bit conscious of how hygiene thdy were.

I liked everything since sure it's a good value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful, special thanks to Toni who helped as a lot with the parking in the very first day! Nice breakfast, good pool area, clean rooms, excellent a/c! Good options in the bar;)
