The hotel is a resort apart, having a focus on ambiance, relaxation, high-class services. The cleanliness is impeccable, as is the professionalism of the staff (who are always present, discreetly, with the mission of making you feel "valued guest", and to please you; they do that in natural way, proving high class professionalism ...) We were accommodated in room 312:, located on the top floor, having balcony with ocean view and also a supplementary large terrace / approx. 40 sqm and its own pool. approx. 6 sqm), with view to Atlantic and also to Mediterranean Palace's pool. The room is exactly as described on the hotel website (or on booking.com, where we made the reservation); It is a two-levels apartment, with the 1st floor having the sleeping area + small living room + large and very well-organized bathroom, and the terrace with the pool, on the upper level (access via the internal spiral-stairs from the balcony), equipped with 2 sunbeds, a table, and a double canopy) The hotel offers a gorgeous, well-kept tropical garden; also, multiple facilities (access to all the benefits of the other hotels in the group, Mediterranean Palace and Cleopatra, but also discounts at PALAPA, the gastro-bar at the exit on beach) A special note to all the hotel staff, truly professional people, who provided all the help and information needed. Smiling and helpful. I would like to nominate someone ... but I have them ALL in mind ... :-)

A larger selection of fresh-vegetables on breakfast, would be appreciated. The pool-water was too warm, probably 26-27 degrees Celsius (perhaps 3-4 degrees lower temperature would be more appreciated, as you don't feel really "refreshing" when entering the pool); because of this, we preferred to use Mediterranean Palace's Hotel pool ... water was cooler there ...

The service is of amazing quality, with every attention to the detail from the personalized reception service up to the room cleaning and the employees warmth. We were always positively surprised! Really really top class service. The location is superb, just 20 meters away from the beach, close enough of the busy Av de Las Americas but far enough to be completely quiet during day and night. The exception is a snobish beach bar outside the hotel which insists in loud music from around 16:30 to sunset - but it is quiet during all the rest of the day.

The air conditioning is noisy but if you turn it off is totally silent, which is unusual in most hotels - and during the night, even in July during a "heat wave" that we got, we didn't really needed the ac turned on at night as it was a mild 22-23 degrees.

Attention to detail. Food. Cleanliness. Peaceful.

Slightly on the expensive side, 10/20% over true value imo. The upgrade for the plunge pool room was not worth anywhere near the extra charged for the week. My advice to anyone staying is book a ground floor pool access room. These are most definitely the best option Very very quiet. Not a criticism just an observation for someone staying here for the first time and what to expect. We are a couple in our early 30s and we’re comfortably the youngest there by 15-20 years. No atmosphere at all at meal times or around the pool, everyone almost whispering. Perhaps something light playing would lighten the place a little. Wouldn’t put me off staying again in the slightest. Completely tranquility given its location

This is an amazing hotel, truly a 5-star experience. We were welcomed with a glass of Copa, and the reception staff was very kind and helpful. We booked the Superior Double Room with a private pool, which looked fantastic. The room was spacious, featuring a large bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spotless. The cleaning service was exceptional; they attended to our room after breakfast and again in the evening, refreshing the towels and making the bed. The staff was truly amazing. The rooftop pool, though small, was a very nice addition—private and cozy. The main hotel pool was also great; we always found available sunbeds and it was never crowded. Breakfast was very good, offering a nice selection of Iberian charcuterie and excellent à la carte dishes, all included in the price. Camison Beach near the hotel was beautiful and also had a very nice beach bar. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back.

We have been to playa de las americas many times and always stayed at the Cleopatra but This was our 1st visit to Sir Anthony it exceeded all our expectations, the staff were so attentive and the comfort of the room was great, the cleaning staff were fantastic and did an excellent job in the rooms and general area s of the hotel Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sir Anthony

the only thing I would say about the room is I would have used the little pool and lounger on the 2nd floor more but the spiral stairs were just too steep and I didn't feel safe using them so I went up the stairs once and didn't attempt to use them again.

we loved everything about sir anthony, the location is perfect, the pool was great with many loungers and everything is very clean and tidy. the staff were lovely from the reception, pool staff and especially the waiting staff, even the many doves around the pool were really friendly😊

we couldn’t find fault in anything and will definitely be back, my only request would be that some light chill music in the afternoon would be nice! but this isn’t a criticism.

We loved having our own terrace and plunge pool. It’s immaculately clean and the staff are terrific. I am 6 months pregnant and it was super comfy, had a motherhood massage at the spa which was fantastic. Also a wee cake was delivered by staff singing happy birthday for my birthday to the room which was a lovely touch.

If I had to say something it would be the lack of music around the pool. Also not being notified of the noise and work going on right next to the hotel.

Proper quiet oasis in the middle of Playa. Staff were excellent as usual and Hotel great. Going back in January.

Only a few small things - breakfast menu cards looking a bit tired and need replaced. Communal areas were cleaner the last time we were there. Don't think they can do anything about this but the buskers outside the Hotel spoil the tranquility.

Beautiful property in a great location. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were wonderful. The room was lovely and the bed so comfortable.

We were a bit disappointed in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The food was good but not great, our expectations were high based on the hotel.

Small hotel, not many people about so it was lovely and peaceful while chilling at the pool everyday. Perfect location, being close to all the nice restaurants. Rooms were amazing. Spa treatment was class. Staff were amazing, made everything as easy and relaxing as possible for us.
