The pool area is the best part about this hotel, it's absolutely beautiful. A little quiet oasis lined with palm trees. The staff are really friendly (for the most part).

This is probably down to our own expectations of the area as opposed to the hotel itself, but the town isn't amazing. There really isn't a lot going on there, only a few restaurants which you have to book days in advance, very few bars and nowhere to go post 10pm for a nightcap. Our room wasn't amazing either, it was in the annex on a basement floor. We had a little balcony which overlooked a carpark. The food in the restaurant was passable. I had pasta and pesto. It was €18 or something mad, and I could make better at home.

This is a gem of a hotel. I stayed with my daughter for 4 nights at the end of May. It is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The gardens around the pool are small but well tended. The staff were excellent and spoke good english (which is helpful as my Spanish is limited). We had dinner at the hotel twice and the meals were great. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel and would definitely recommend it. If you want to eat in local restaurants, be warned that there aren’t many in the resort so do some research before you go and book ahead of time. You can book online.

Staff extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient Fabulous pool and garden, with complimentary towels. Separate towels provided for beach. Very stylish public areas (upgraded since our last visit). Superb breakfast, served at pool trrrace. Great location - easy walk to beach and village amenities. Local bus stop 50m away for buses to Pollensa (market, restaurants and cafes) and Puerto Pollensa. Easy parking in local streets. Super bar, with good prices and excellent service. Quiet relaxed atmosphere - an oasis of calm in the centre of the resort.

Nothing. Rooms could maybe do with upgrade, but spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

Lovely hotel, full of character. Highlights-pool and garden area, quality of breakfast, cycling services (secure garage/tools etc. on site). Room (superior double) was big with separate sofa and balcony with mountain view. Plus the staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Even had a gym and a sauna which we didn’t realise until the last day. Two gorgeous cove beaches in the village plus a few restaurants. 5km walk over the hill to port de pollenca /20 min bus ride if you want to venture further/sort bikes etc. Really easy. Would return in a heartbeat!

This place has such charm - a real luxury boutique feel in a lovely small town, a short taxi away from bustling Pollença. The breakfast is wonderful, the service impeccable and the small touches here really make it luxe. We had a lovely relaxing stay!

The rooms could be perceived as dated but we loved to authentic Mallorcan feel. Reception could be clearer as a welcome desk on arrival but otherwise 10/10

The breakfast was perfect, all food in the hotel in general was splendid. The hotel is calm, clean, staff and guests were super friendly. Bonus points : the available massages were amazing.

For this price and standing, we would have appreciated free water fountains (tap water isn't drinkable in Mallorca and the hotel only provided 1L a day per room)

The entire team from start the finish were so so friendly. I was always greeted with a smile at breakfast, and the team helped me figure out a car to and from the airport. All around I had such a nice stay, and it was so easy to be alone. Shout out to Pep for receiving me with the best Caipirinha when everywhere else was shut.

What a relaxing place the team at the hotel have created, we couldn't believe there isn't even any music around the pool and bar area -- we liked this very much, but be warned: if you're after a party, this is not the place for you. The garden and pool area are just stunning, and we enjoyed the traditional decor of the hotel. Air conditioning worked perfectly in the room, balcony was perfect for the two of us and we had everything we needed in the room. But the real stars are the staff. Thank you to Alonso, Andreu, Milvia & Thalia, Marta, Carolina and the rest of the team for looking after us (and our baby still in the belly) so well 💕

Hotel was very clean. We were uograded to a junoir suite upon arival. Lovey spacious room.Good choice at breakfast and option of cooked breakfast every day. Staff very friendly. Lovely pool. Near beaches and coves

I stayed for 9 days at Cala Sant Vicenc in a Junior Suite. The room was spacious, huge bed, large terrace with a beautiful view. The hotel is only a few minutes from the beach. I give 5 stars to the hotel because of one big reason: the staff was hugely welcoming, professional, warm. Especially Jose, Alonso, Lucia and the blonde lady who always welcomes you with a smile during the morning breakfast. I have rarely seen such services. Congratulations.
