The facilities were lovely, the rooms a perfect size for two people and the hotel was perfectly located to explore alcudia! The bus stop was just an 8 minute walk away and there are many supermarkets in the surrounding area as well as lovely restaurants.The breakfast had lots of choice and we loved the lunch options, as well as the drinks at the bar. The staff were lovely!

There were only small tweaks but otherwise everything was perfect. We found the walls were very thin, we could hear what sounded like every movement from the room above. We could also hear a lot of noise from the hallways in the morning due to the gap under the front door. It was also very busy by the pool area and we arrived in June, therefore in peak summer i assume it would be even busier, so if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday i’d look for a slightly quieter option. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean however and perfect for families as they have some great evening and pool entertainment everyday.

The very first thing I want to mention about this hotel is the cleanliness. It was spotless! As soon as we walked into the apartment, it smelled fresh and clean, which made us really happy. The shared areas were also always tidy and constantly cleaned. We only used the kitchen once, but it had everything we needed. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults. One day we even won two cocktails at bingo 😊 The staff member responsible for the entertainment and activities worked really hard, with a packed schedule from morning until night. Maybe the hotel management could consider assigning an extra person to support him 🙂 Overall, the staff were very polite and kind. I’d like to especially thank the restaurant manager, Maria. Since I’m vegan, I struggled a bit with food choices at the buffet, but when I asked for help, she was very understanding and asked the kitchen team to assist me. That was a big plus for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Mallorca

It would have been great if the dishes on the buffet were labelled for allergens and clearly indicated whether they were vegan or vegetarian. I also wish there had been more vegan options, especially at breakfast.

The hotel was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The bedroom was a lovely size with great AC. The hotel is a 6 minute walk from the beach and the buses to Alcudia/Palma. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The staff were friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They are the nicest staff I have ever come across. The food was good, there was a great variety. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was varied. We didn’t like BBQ night, we felt the meat was of poor quality. But other nights were excellent.

The photos of the pool are quite deceiving, the area is small and sun loungers are right beside each other. You can only leave the pool area for 35 minutes before they lift your towel, this is understandable but it makes your lunch rushed. It doesn’t give anytime to rest. There isn’t a lot to do in the area, we went to Alcudia most evenings. Be warned you have to use your card and tap as you get off, the buses are insanely busy. You can hear your neighbours, the insulation between walls isn’t the best. But we slept.

Nice hotel in general, everything was new and renovated, nice room and common areas, bar offered very good lunch, swimming pool area was very nice and gym was free even if a bit small.

The pressure of the shower in the room was very weak. And the day of the check out we needed a shower before going to the airport and we had to book it and there was only a slot every 1 hour for 2 people so it was all booked and we had to shower at the beach. The night it was a bit noisy even at 1am and in the morning from 8am the cleaners were chatting in the corridors while cleaning and you could hear everything.

Hands down the nicest Half-Board or All-Inclusive experience during our 1.5 month trip around the island of Mallorca. In late May 2025, when we stayed at this hotel, the property had just been updated in most areas. The staff were friendly. The food was the best out of all the places we stayed that offered half-board or All-Inclusive. The property is kept clean. The pool area and pool were nice with sun chairs and some umbrellas. There were steps down in this hotels pool with a rail to hold onto. A lot of hotels only have climb down ladder entry, so it was nice to have steps down for a change. The property is within walking distance to Port de Alcudia with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping to access. We had a car and were able to find street parking nearby in late May/early June. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice balcony.

Newly refurbished, spacious 3 bedroom apartment with large balcony. The kids pool was just fantastic - they have clearly thought long and hard about the high standard of facilities both inside and outside.

Bathroom needs some shelves for toiletries. Perhaps some chest of drawers and more hangers. Hooks on back of doors maybe? Couldn’t get the TV to work - wasn’t essential but being able to hook up to Netflix, Prime etc via pit membership would have been a bonus for toddler.

Good value for money. Spacious bathroom and balcony. Hotel was spotless and staff friendly. Never had any trouble finding a sunbed by the pool. We were at the back with a nice view over the mountain and waterway. Good location with lots of supermarkets and shops nearby and a range of restaurants and bars. Close to the beach, with a pleasant walk to Port d'Alcudia. Easy to get around by bus.

Fittings in the apartment were a bit 'tired' such as couple of small worn patches on the sofa cushion. Lacked any cleaning equipment in the kitchen. It was quite noisy in the evening from the nearby pub and hotel next door, but it wasn't too noticeable with the patio door closed and it didn't go on too late. Local buses were very busy on a Sunday morning, so difficult to get to the market in Alcudia.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need. The poor and hun were great along with the Buffett dinner and breakfast

The one thing that was disappointing was that the wifi in our room did not work therefore we weren’t able to use Netflix on the TV and it was required to have mobile data for wifi

The staff at the reception is top - very attentive, very friendly, helpful and very professional. The room was clean, with comfortable double bed, well equipped kitchenete. Swimming pool area well arranged with a deep pool for adults and a shallow one for small kids, with a person looking after your safety as well.

Located among other hotels that entertain their guests playing loud music and performances in the evening (not really our type of holidays, but maybe others do not mind it).

The hotel met all our expectations. Nice room, kitchen, large balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to manager Maria, who helped us with check-in. It was quiet around the hotel at night, we slept with the balcony door open. We really liked the breakfasts at the hotel. Dinners are new and themed every time. You can buy right on the spot - very convenient. In the evenings there are entertainment shows for children and adults. There are many bars, restaurants, shops near the hotel.
