Really class Hotel, superb location 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. The most comfortable beds with a pillow menu which was great. The staff really top it off though and are the cream on the top, everyone of them is pleasant, welcoming and helpful greeting with a genuine smile. I have to single out the cleaner Christopher who did an amazing job on our room, it was immaculate each day on our return in the afternoons.

Bathroom toilet was bit weird with not a full door that went up to the ceiling but have come across this on the continent before.

First of all 5 stars to the staff! They couldn’t have been more helpful and personable. The hotel is very attractive and the location is perfect you can see the beach it’s only 2 blocks away. Old Town 10 minutes, shops Zara etc 5 minutes. The bed was very comfy and because the rooms are so well soundproofed we didn’t hear our neighbors once. The room was immaculate with a good strong shower. It was hotter than usual in June so we had the A/C on briefly. You couldn’t even hear it and it was very efficient.

Check in was super customer friendly; Location was excellent right across from a beautiful park and 1.5 blocks from the old town and about 4 blocks from beautiful concha beach; room was very modern and comfortable with great A/C; bathroom was very modern and comfortable with fantastic rain drop shower. Excellent buffet breakfast at a reasonable price downstairs in a large comfortable room.

Room size was ok but felt a bit tight and definitely could have been a but larger especially in the separation between bedroom and bathroom.

The building is architecturally beautiful, the interior design fuses modern, traditional and high-tech functionality. Very clean and modern. Fantastic location to explore the beaches and old town. Located on a quiet square (inc small pond with resident swans) where buses depart for the airport. Good breakfast, mostly friendly and helpful personnel. 24 hour pharmacy across the street, small supermarket just up the street.

Our stay was ruined by a petty €20 charge for late checkout for 35 minutes. I had asked earlier if we could check out a little later and the Receptionist updated the booking and explained a 20 Euro per hour charge which I understood began after one hour (normal check out before 12). No discretion and no empathy. Pity, because the stay would have been excellent otherwise.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was very clean and spacious. An amazing mini bar and nice bed.

Everything was perfect. The only negative is that the hotel does not have a parking but we already knew when booking it. Although there are many parking garages nearby (we parked 3’ walk away, 30€/day). The only thing that was uncomfortable was the pillow. Very big pillows and not comfortable at all. Also, the bathroom doors were not closing that well, probably an issue with the elastic band around it as it is a glass door. It should be fixed soon.

The whole hotel was perfect for us. Great location in Centro especially great for a first visit to San Sebastian, everything is walking distance. Wonderful staff at breakfast and reception. Rooms made up perfectly every day and personal messages left, even gifts of foodie treats! Great bar/restaurant next door is owned by the same hotel so you can charge your late night drinks to your room with discount. Room Mate Gorka was everything we wanted. We could not be happier to recommend it!

The location of this hotel was excellent perfectly placed within walking distance of all main areas of San Sebastián . The staff were extremely helpful and were able to cope with a range of queries.

The breakfast dining room was in the basement and therefore lacked atmosphere . The bedroom was beautifully decorated however there was no view from the window ( a glimpse of sky amidst a lot of buildings) and it was therefore impossible to judge the weather !! It’s also meant the room seemed very gloomy .

The room was excellent. We had a duplex room that was super comfortable, spacious ,very well decorated and fully renovated. The room was well equipped with toiletries, a water bottle, mini bar/fridge, coffee maker and even a wine opener. The breakfast was very good, quality of food was superb and the staff do a great effort to make you feel pampered. The location is fantastic if you are want to enjoy the city center vibe and the old side of the city. I will definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you don't have a car.

Parking is very far from the hotel and not very convenient. It is a 7 minutes walk that we did everyday, some times twice a day. Especially with a baby and with the rainy weather in San Sebastián it was very inconvenient. My other constructive criticism will be that there is no bell boy not and no cart to transport the luggage, especially inconvenient with the parking lot so far. Checking in and checking out was definitely far from pleasant and a little bit stressful. Two additional minor comments. There is no ice machine (but you can ask for ice at the bar), our water bottle was never refilled.

Great location, with easy access to the old town and the more commercial, shopping areas. The beach is less than a 10 min walk away. The room was good. Comfortable bed and a good size ensuite. Breakfast was good, just enough variety and a fair amount of fresh fruit.

We missed not having a coffee machine in the room. There was a kettle and sachet coffee, but wasn't quite what we expected. We have stayed in San Seb previously in similar level hotels and have always had a coffee machine etc. However, It would not stop us from booking here again.

Breakfast disappointing. I’d read really good reviews but it did not live up to them. I also thought I’d booked a room including breakfast but had not. I paid in addition. Coffee was from a machine. Not a great selection but the home made omelette was very good. Also bar shut at 9pm, no public lounge after this time.
