Its such a cute hotel nestled in the parte veijo, old town. A huge kingsize bed, the biggest I've seen. The room was so comfortable and cool. The stone walls kept it cool. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I was actually very surprised it was only rated 3 stars. So many wonderful choices for food all within metres.

The breakfast. Then I looked at the price for 7 euros. What do you expect? It was fine for a few dollars. You really should venture out the hotel for excellent food. Maybe because i come from Australia, e every single thing I ate was delicious I'm not sure about the aircon in the room. It didn't do much, but the thick stone walls saved it.

Location is absolutely exceptional, a few blocks away from the main attractions. Notice - the historic city is pedestrian only, BUT taxis know how to get in and if you have a car, you need to ask how to get in too, just ask locals. Rooms were amazing. Decoration really beautiful with Galician poems - outstanding. Bathrooms really comfortable, spacious and nice. Staff was really nice, helpful, amable. Thanks guys, gracias por todo!

Compared to other breakfasts around, this one is a bit simple (yet Is acceptable for some people). I think if there was one person in charge of it, even part time, and a bit more of options (eggs instead of that tortilla, a few more fresh options) things could improve to make it perfect.

The hotel is inside the old town and near to all atractions. The kids loved the room. The staff was very professional.

It is not possible access the hotel by car, not even to leave the luggage. You must leave the car outside the restricted area in a public parking and walk with your luggage up the old town for 5 minutes. The room was in the 4th floor and the elevator goes just to the 3rd floor, so you must climb more stairs with your luggage.

Great location, right in the city center of Santiago. The cathedral is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Very spacious rooms, clean, and with sort of balcony.

The area is quite noisy at night, so cannot sleep with the windows open to get fresh air. Fortunately there are double glasses, so if you close the window at least it gets quiet. Basic breakfast, could be better. The information says that check-in closes at 10 PM, but the reception is actually open 24/7 - it needs to be updated.

Located in the historic centre but away from the masses of pilgrims, yet near to some interesting places to eat, shop etc, and just 2 minutes to a main street with bus (eg to airport). Staff very friendly and organised. Breakfast good value. Beds very comfortable.

It's not a complaint, but note that the 4th floor rooms are not best suited for tall people as the roof/celing slopes in, meaning only 40% of the floor space is useable (ie you can't stand upright in the remaining 60%...).

Very comfortable rooms. Excellent air conditioning. Bathrooms was clean and modern. staff were excellent. Really great stay in a prime location in Santiago.

The location is in the Old Town a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. Lovely old building, very quiet and close to amenities. Highly recommended for Camino Walk

There should be a small kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. Little touches with biscuits etc .. would be a welcome sight.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Kept our luggage locked up after our checkout, so we wouldn’t have to drag all our bags around town. We had a top floor room for 4 with airconditiong. Skylights and clean.

Higher cost but to be expected in the center.

Very comfortable room king size bed with a small balcony. The hotel is perfectly located right in the old town close to everything. Breakfast. Buffers good an reasonably priced. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The property was tastefully decorated probably quite recently. The furniture and surroundings in the breakfast room were always spotless and attention was payed to covering the food. The room was cleaned without fail every day. The hotel is centrally located and a short walk from the historical attractions.

A kettle in the room would have made for a perfect stay.
