The hotel is very close to the cathedral, but I did not notice any street noise and the street the hotel is on is not a busy one. The property is very charming, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly good (it was not quite as good as a few other hotels we stayed at during our stay, but it was decent).

Our room was on the top floor and had a slanted ceiling. I loved the "charm" that brought to the room, but would warn that nearly half the room is too short to stand up in, and I had to be quite careful to not bump my head. This wasn't really a problem or even a dislike, but could be for other guests.

1. The hotel is just around the corner from the Cathedral, and along the main tourist shops. 2. The room was extremely comfortable. We like the fact that there is a Safe and Fridge. 3. Hot water is excellent and water pressure is strong.

1. We had difficulty getting a taxi to the Bus station eventhough we requested the day before. So we ended up walking with our luggage. The hotel needs to obtain an agreement with a private transport operator who is 100% responsive. 2. It is easy to hear noises from the streets even late at night 3-4AM from people walking in the alley.

I arrived in the hotel very late and there was a s smiling receptionist who welcomed me. I asked for some water because i was too thirsty from my long flight and she willingly gave me a bottled water. I asked her name and she is CHONA! Thank you a lot Ms.Chona for that warm welcome. The place is just literally a short walk from Santiago Cathedral. When you open your window, part of the Cathedral will be your balcony's view. The room is very clean, the bathroom too is complete with amenities, you have a cooler in your room and a very relaxing environment. Breakfast, consist of pastries, cold cuts, cheese, milk, gourmet coffee , yogurt, fresh fruits, cakes and juices. I definitely enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will definitely recommend this to my fellow travelers,

In a beautiful restored old monastery, about 5-10 walk from the cathedral. The standard rooms are quite small. Why we arrived, we were given a twin room as opposed to the double we had booked. The staff were very helpful and found us a double room which was slightly larger and overlooked the courtyard. Breakfast was very good with choice of hot and cold. On site parking available - make sure you follow the hotel instructions precisely on how to get there.

Lovely clean spacious room in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was by far the nicest hotel I stayed in while in Galicia. It is small and does not have a bar/restaurant, but everything is on its doorstep. I did not avail of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. My room was beautiful, immaculately clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I really enjoyed my stay here and would return.

Huge bed that was comfy and room was clean. Staff were friendly. It’s located very close to the cathedral and several bars and restaurants so very convenient in that respect but of course that brings with it quite a bit of noise well into the early hours of the morning when I stayed there on a Saturday night. But with earplugs in I slept reasonably well.

Breakfast buffet is a bit basic but it’s reasonably priced for what it is.

Fantastic location in the heart of Santiago, and just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and Praza do Obradoiro. Our room had 3 very comfortable beds and ample space for our group of 3. We threw open the windows to enjoy the cool breeze. A nice reward for us after completing the Camino Frances. Breakfast was ample too, and the breakfast room was cleaner and better organized than similar hotels.

With the location and opening windows, we of course got a fair bit of noise from the street at night. But that is a fair trade off.

Located next to main church and walking distance to everywhere in the old town. Food shopping laundry n Supermart. Very nice n new looking rooms. Taxis were able to come to the entrance. We arrived at 1pm but rooms were not ready - they offered their basement hospitality room that was excellent as we walked the last leg of the Camino n it had been raining the past 4 days. The staff were excellent!!

Not enough table top area in the room. Breakfast was pretty limited n same very day but works if u r ok with light breakfast.

The property was right in the square and easy to access from the Cathedral. The elevator was fantastic after the Camino, and our room was quite spacious even though it was on the top floor with some vaulted ceilings. The windows were all double so the room was very quiet. A/C worked very well. The breakfast was average, but fine. The place was spotless and the bed was very comfy. Staff helped us get a taxi (more like a car service) to the airport (no Uber in the city) for a flat rate.

Great location, literally just next door to the Cathedral. Fantastic location if you are in Santiago de Compostella for religious reasons, because you can be in church several times a day. It is also closed to shops, cafes and restaurants. It is in a quiet alley, so it is not noisy at nights. I think the windows are also double glazed, which cuts off the street noise.

The complicated eay to get to the hotel. Since I am on private car hire. I had to unload and carry my luggages about 500m to the hotel. The old town is a bit of a maze for those unfamiliar. Not being used to European old towns, some help or advice on luggages would have helped. Perhaps the hotel community within the old city could pull together some form of service for luggage transfer, or guide guests to their respective hotels.
