Loved the price and upmarket style of the hotel. It's truly was an amazing find. Yes it is near to airport but get on the no 6 bus straight to the centre. 1 euro. These buses go every 20 mins. Not need for a taxi. Great location to visit monte de Gozo for a view of Santiago. The restaurant was amazing, food and drinks and especially the staff were so caring. Thank you for making our stay so great. There is then also an airport bus that runs straight past the hotel. I really loved this city. It's a great place to recover after the camino.

The only negative was not the hotels fault. Huge tour groups stay here. They get up really early and shout down the hallway. I would ask to be moved from the 1st floor. As a tip.

We had a two double bed room facing the road. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent.

Our room was so hot and we were told the air conditioning didn’t run until 10pm. That doesn’t make sense. We had to open both the hallway door and window to get some ventilation. (The fan only blew warm air.) Opening the window caused diesel fumes from the underground grocery store deliveries to come into the room and one person got sick from it. We kept the window open at night and it was hard to sleep with the traffic noise.

We were in our car so getting off the motor way and to the hotel was fairly straightforward. It's a bit far to walk into town but a bus stop is right out side the hotel it's 1 euro to take you in to town ,the bus arrives every 20/ 30 minutes depending on the day ,it was really straightforward to get in and back on the bus .

The room was very warm .we slept with the window open there was air conditioning but we couldn't get it to work

The room was large, very clean and there were no odd smells. Comfortable mattress and pillows, mini fridge, desk and pull out couch too! The bathroom was marvellously large, bright and clean wi the everything we needed! Because we were at the end of the hall, we had large windows on two walls in the room, with blackout curtains that enabled us to sleep in and rest.

The AC unit was a little loud, but that’s not really a complaint because our unit was working and we had the right temperature to sleep like babies.

The hotel is really nice, clean and modern. Staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. Location is also okay, 10 min drive from downtown, but you can also catch bus No. 6 which stops right in front of the hotel. Parking is also possible and easy beside the hotel. It was good to back and visit the town after 8 years of my pilgrimage.

Great property, a spacious room, with a great, comfortable bed. Accessibility through lifts. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good, buffet-like. There is parking outside the property and the location is very good.

Environment is not as friendly and welcoming as we are used to, staff could provide more information, but the property itself matched our main expectations. We would stay here again. A bit overpriced for what they offer.

Check in was easy. Good room size. Very clean. Great shower. Staff were great for ordering taxis for us.

A little bit awkward in terms of location. Can hear absolutely everything. Walls are paper thin, it was like conversations that were happening next door were happening in our room. We started a running joke that there were people living in the vents because it was so loud. Didn’t particularly bother us too much but if you’re a light sleeper bring the ear plugs.

Easy check in. Adequate stay for an overnight arriving late at airport. Easy Uber or bus ride from the airport. Convenient set up for traveling with a child, who enjoyed having their own space. Great buffet breakfast.

Air conditioning was old so one didn’t work at all and the other was very noisy, struggling to work.

We stayed at Hotel Santiago Apóstol with our dog. I've always stayed at Dog Friendly hotels before, but this time I was impressed that they prepared a bed and tray for my Dog for the first time. And the bed was clean and not old. I was very happy to be welcomed.　The bathroom was new so it was clean. The sheets on the bed were washed cleanly, so I was able to sleep comfortably.　Having a small refrigerator in the room was helpful.

It was hard to flush the toilet. The AC blows air, but it didn't work。

The room was very big, comfortable, and very clean 👌 Great selection and quality of evening dinners and wines. No6 Bus into city only cost one euro. Return by taxi is appropriately seven euro.

No fresh orange juice or fresh eggs for breakfast 🤔
