Our second stay here. The apartment 4b is large clean and comfortable. And in a great location minutes walk from the university, hospital and approx 15 minutes walk to the historical centre.. There was no issue of noise except the day it rained and then as this apartment is in the attic with skylight windows the rain did wake me up. Shops ,supermarkets and restaurants all close by. The apartment itself has a large bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has full sized fridge,washer,microwave ceramic hob and a dishwasher.. A cloth, washing up liquid and 2 dishwasher tablet's were supplied. The bathroom is supplied with extra towels and toilet paper We had everything we needed .but I could suggest some extra bits to make it better.

Nothing. It's a great base. But I'd suggest adding an electric kettle.in addition to the coffee jug. A toaster instead of the sandwich toaster supplied. Kitchen scissors would be useful.. And one more pan. One might not be enough if you did want to cook. Also this time the hairdryer didn't work. Parking in the area is not easy. And there are very few free parking places available it is mainly pay and display.

The apartment was clean and basic. We had book for 5 adults and had to find the sheets and make the sofa bed up ourselves. Central heating with clear controls in the lounge rooms.

Definitely not "lux", but basic. There was a washing machine but no soap for it, a drying rack but no pegs, etc. The location was 1.3km from the Cathedral, which if you have hiked in from the Camino turned out to be a bit too far to be comfortable. The check in takes place at Hotel Lux which is 800m back towards the Cathedral - be alert to this! I believe you can also check in online and receive the codes contactlessly which would definitely be preferable. Once checked out, you can leave your luggage at the hotel (800m away) if you want to send some time in Santiago. It looked like luggage could also be delivered to the hotel if you were forwarding luggage on from there.

I made 2 consecutive bookings in different sized apartments but was swapped at checkin so I could stay in the same one by a lovely lady when I collected the key. Apartment was nicely decorated. Very clean. A very comfortable bed. It is large and airy. Had excellent heating control. No street noise located close to university and the hospital and about a 15 minute walk to the historical centre.

Nothing not to dislike. You do collect the key at the sister hotel which was fine but parking in Santiago is difficult and this just made another stop on route. Been British I'd like to see a kettle and toaster added to the kitchen inventory and perhaps wine glasses aswel as the large water glasses.

After we had finished our Camino we travelled to Santiago for 1 night. The apartments were well situated about 1km walk from the Cathedral. On check out we were able to leave our bags in the Lux Hotel, which is between the apartments and the Cathedral - so we could enjoy the surroundings. Access codes were sent on the morning of arrival, very easy to get into the apartment.

Really great value place. Spacious, clean, not far from the old town. The main bed was comfortable and it was warm. Friendly staff in the hotel and we appreciated the 12pm checkout.

The place was laid out strangely, e.g beds positioned directly under the velux windows so the light that came round the edges of the blinds shone right in your face. The sofa bed was not comfortable, even for one person. It's on a main road so you'll need earplugs. The kitchen has the minimum equipment and no kettle or toaster. Picking the key up from a different location was a bit of a nuisance.

Spacious apartment, easy to find, close to the train station. The beds were comfortable and clean. Good variant if you are going only to sleep there. The washing machine and dishwasher were ok.

Kitchen was not very clean. Only basic facilities in the kitchen, small table. The apartment needs some renovation and care, it is clean but not cosy at all.

Property was modern, comfortable, clean, well located near the centre of the City. Economic public parking available nearby in the city.

Shower space was too small considering the size of the bathroom. Although the apartment was very nice it felt sterile, cold. Perhaps having a bottle of water, or some coffee in the kitchen would help to feel welcome in town.

The apartment was exceptionally clean,comfortable and pleasantly decorated in a quiet location close to the university and the hospital and 20 minutes walk from the historical centre. Also must add we loved the smell of the house liquid soap.

We were there 5 nights and we don’t think we had a visit from house keeping. There were ample towels left for 2 people so wasn’t necessary but we were told we would get a visit. Being British I’d add a kettle and a toaster to the kitchen inventory and wine glasses, as the water glasses were huge.

Nice comfortable apartment. Easy 15 walk to the Cathedral. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area that was not tourism centric.

A few basic things in the kitchen like oil, sugar, salt, Instant coffee and tea would be nice. Also, the apartment was not ready until 4:30 and even through the staff was nice and offered me a cup of coffee while I waited, It was still an inconvenience. 4:00 check-in is on the later side and it should be ready on time.

This property was really great and fantastic value. The bedrooms and sitting room had very basic furnishings, but the beds were extremely comfortable, the office desk and chair were great, and the blackout shutters worked well. The bathroom and separate shower were spotlessly clean, and the hot water was plentiful with good pressure. The toiletries were nice there were plenty of towels provided. The kitchen was excellently kitted out (microwave/oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, plenty of cupboards. An ironing board and iron and clothes horse were also supplied. We had one issue with the heating (stayed in February, so it was cool), but a message to the 'host' hotel and it was sorted later that day. We stayed several weeks as we were visiting the University, and the apartment was cleaned every second day or so with clean sheets and towels as needed. The location was excellent, directly across from the University and about a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral. The area was so safe, and there were lots of restaurants, shops and cafés nearby.

It is a little inconvenient to have to pick up the keys at the hotel, but this was well-communicated so we could factor that into our journey. Occasionally a little noisy with other guests moving around.
