Staff were very friendly and attentive especially Abdi. Location perfect from shops, restaurants and exploring the city. Room was very spacious and bathroom too! Great rooftop bar and pool.

More parasols needed by the rooftop pool. Water in the rooms needed to be replenished more frequently. Information about the hotel such as opening times of bar, pools, breakfast etc should be in the room. Didn't like that you had to text a number to order drinks to you room.

Everything! This hotel was lovely in every way from the staff to the location to the breakfast. AC in rooms was also fantastic.

Could be a little noisy at night due to the bar being on the 3rd floor. However, this was not an issue for us. The pool side floor area did get hot being on the roof but this was not an issue - just take flip-flops or other sort of footwear to and from the pool. As a suggestion- the hotel could layer a strip of material around the edge of the pool area which doesn't get as hot in the sun for people to walk on. The decking does also need a little TLC in places.

Beautiful building, delicious breakfast with lots of options and gorgeous vaulted breakfast room featuring an ancient mosaic on a lower, illuminated level under a glass floor. Fun rooftop bar with a lively vibe, popular with tourists. Huge bedroom with a nice courtyard. The rom was made up to a really high standard each day. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is exceptional - it would be hard to find somewhere more central. Our taxi driver did manage to take us all the way to the hotel despite incredibly narrow streets and tight turns.

The bed was a little hard in our room but our daughters had soft beds. You could probably put in a request if you have a preference.

The hotel is beautiful, historic, great features and decor, it felt like a 4* stay. The pool and sun terrace were worth the cost alone, being able to sight see in the morning and then relax and dip in the pool was blissful. The location was fantastic, so central, easy to walk to everything. Our room wasn't particularly large, but nice decor, very comfortable and well equipped.

Our room was at the end of a corridor and our windows looked out over 2 roof terrace bars that were a bit noisy, not a deal breaker for the pros that we valued and enjoyed. It would have been nice to have some English TV, again a comment. I asked for a copy of my bar tab, the hotel didn't send it, it would have been nice if they had.

location of hotel was excellent, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, beds comfortable, rooftop pool was a great bonus. Can't comment on the breakfast or restaurant/bar facilities as went out for all our meals

We started off in room 210 which was a really lovely room, very bright and bathroom was lovely. Unfortunately on the first night we were kept awake by the movement of furniture being dragged around/moved for a very long period of time above us. It transpired that this was the rooftop bar area immediately above our heads. We spoke to reception in the morning and they didn't seem too surprised by our comments and looked very quickly to change our room for us. We moved into room 216 which I understand was an upgrade. Not as lovely and bright as the previous room but it certainly was quiet and very spacious.

Service very inconsistent - in bar, reception and breakfast restaurant. A few good, many seemed disinterested and not managed No drawers in room - only hanging storage Water in room not replaced daily - had to ask every day Gift not in room - but letter saying it was! Locked out before arranged checkout time — and told that happens every time! Not told about needing to book flamenco - then told priority given to external guests as they had paid! No daytime drinks or snacks by pool Mimosas at breakfast not offered/available - had to be asked for - only provided 2 of 3 days

The hotel was in a great location right by the city centre with a lovely roof top bar, very clean rooms/communal areas and beautiful decor with its plant covered Atrium and ancient brickwork under glass in the breakfast area..The Staff however were absolutely exceptional - from the breakfast team, reception to the bar staff. I know it’s their job but we were really made to feel at home at Los Seises. A special mention to David & Paula at reception who went out of their way to help us get to Cadiz on a day trip. Thankyou very much to all at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

About the best stay we’ve ever had anywhere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to spend time with us to suggest things to see and do. We were literally blown away by their welcome. The hotel itself is perfectly located, the pool is amazing and in general we could not have faulted it at all. The breakfast was of a high standard. Literally one of our favourite hotels ever.

Everything was brilliant

Absolutely great place to stay. So central to everything plus a wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Room was huge, lots of room and extremely massive comfortable bed. Staff are lovely, we arrived very late, just after midnight, night porter had all our info ready and was expecting us. Breakfast was fabulous, huge selection and again staff were so friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay, and loved Sevilla!
