It is a typical Hilton room, with friendly receptionists and housekeeping staff as well as all amenities as expected. We forgot some swimming dress in the wardrobe and the hotel team contacted us by mail and gave back our stuff. This was an excellent service, special thanks for that.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Starbucks-style coffee shop with limited selection, poor quality food, long waiting time and incomprehensive service personnel. I always wonder how can a host let his guests go without proper breakfast our without any friendly gesture, trying to offer a nice start into the day Room AC noisy

Staff was great, facility clean, room clean, and great location. Easy check in and check out and was able to check in early at 1030am. Meeting room for a 2 day work function was comfortable.

Bed was awful and shower head was spraying water in all different directions. I couldnt sleep in the bed and slept on the couch. This is not typical of this hotel and I was quite surprised. This did not meet my expectations.

Staff was polite and friendly which added to experience at your hotel.

I was there for 3 nights and during that time there was a fire alarm set off, making us vacate the building. It ended up being a false alarm. The next evening there was a plumbing issue at the hotel requiring a whole team of plumbing experts who were there for hours using a jetting device which was loud and disturbing.

Nice, clean rooms. Lots of plugs and well thought out for the road warrior. Bathroom was modern, clean and functional. I skipped the $14 breakfast but it looked good from afar. Many restaurants close by.

Wifi was a bit sluggish. There's a free option but they really push for you to become a hilton honor follower.

The location was excellent, close to the freeway but still very quiet. Our room was spacious & sparkling clean. When told breakfast costs an additional $12 apiece we almost didn’t even check it out. So glad we did! The variety of choices was amazing, hot foods were piping hot & cold foods were nice & cold. Everything was fresh. I asked a housekeeper which way the pool was & she walked me all the way down the hall, around the corner to the pool door. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The tub floor was very slippery, a rubber mat would be a nice addition.

All was good except the bathroom. The sink had a foul smell emanating from it, the shower/bath faucet handle dripped after turning it off, and the toilet seat was loose. My husband used a nickel to tighten it up.

The breakfast is pretty expensive, but there are good options. Loved the Starbucks options for morning coffee!

Expensive food options. But it didn’t take away from our experience here. Everything overall was great!

Location and proximity to many restaurants, shopping and family

The young desk clerks were not very professional and not very good at listening.

Service. Tammy at the front desk was super sweet even tho it was very late when we arrived. She gave us cookies and water bottles as we had a long trip and were exhausted and hungry. Thank you Tammy. Rooms were very cleaned and comfy.

I liked how the person who checked me in and the bartender were super friendly. The bedding was relaxing and comfortable. Room was nice and quiet.

I would love to rate this hotel a 10 but can’t because of the smell of the room was stale. I believe it was the carpet. Needed shampooing.
