The location is awesome. The dinner menu was great. Very helpful and friendly staff. The valets were all very nice and helpful. The room was great. High ceilings, huge window overlooking the city, bathroom was clean. The lobby is nice. Perfect for baseball games. The restaurant choices are great. Walking around is safe. Staff extremely knowledgeable. We ordered take-out for dinner the 2nd night. All around great experience. The hotel steakhouse was delicious, they had fresh oysters that were very tasty. I was shocked they had fresh oysters. The brussel sprouts were great. The Amish chicken was awesome! Dinner at the hotel was a highlight. It was also quite casual, yet refined. The TV situation in the lounge was great! The bar was busy but not overworked or rowdy. It was a calm environment, it seemed to accommodate families with young children and no children equally well. I would say it seemed more focused on serving the relaxation needs of guests than business needs of guests, but I was there for baseball, not business. So, I can only guess on that. It was a classy and respectable environment focused on serving our needs with a professional and courteous staff. 100% going to stay there again!

The hotel is well used. You can tell a lot of people stay there. So, the walls around the baseboards and trash cans in the rooms and bathrooms show some heavy wear. But it's not horrible. It could use some minor touch up work, but the heavy traffic explains why it hasn't been done.The breakfast or brunch menu or whatever it was, was slightly limited. They even called it a "limited menu". So, we ate at the baseball game instead. There are a ton of food options around. Game days are busy and they can be quite loud. There are random people with voice amplification equipment saying all sorts of wild stuff, nothing vulgar. But if you expect to sleep in on game day, bring ear plugs. We watched the events below from our room through the huge windows. It was entertaining.

When I booked the room I could have sworn that I checked that I would need parking and had the 40.00 added to the price of the room. But when we got there they told us that the 284.00 didn't include the price for parking. So I won't book there anymore because I thought that it was too expensive and I would never have paid over 300.00 for one night

Excellent staff, clean and safe hotel. Great food, well within walking distance of things like the Arch and Busch stadium. Comfortable bed, large shower and clean. Room has a safe and fridge.

Room could use some small touch ups where the metal trash cans are placed, they are starting to rub on the walls and cause scratching. As mentioned by others, parking is steep. Things like that add up quickly and before you know it, youve spent a good fortune on just shelter.

The room had a great view overlooking Busch Stadium. The room itself was rather small, the coffee maker wasn’t good at all. The pillows and sheets were not soft, but the bathroom was nice and the shower was lovely. The hall and our floor was super quiet which was nice. Lobby bar was beautiful, we loved the outdoor/indoor feel and the drinks were a strong pour. Very nice bartenders. Missouri is legal for rec so a bit of smoke lingers here and there so just be prepared. Excellent location, we loved the pizza place Katie’s next door and also had a poke bowl from around the corner. We walked to the Dome to see our show. It was a great wknd. Valet is expensive, but what valet isn’t at $50/day.

Great location next to Busch Stadium. We didn’t know it was literally next door. The whole baseball village experience was great and walking distance to the Gateway Arch!

We didn’t like the abundance of marijuana scent in the air. When we initially arrived Friday night, we could smell strong marijuana scent around the parking valet area at the hotel. So strong, we thought the young male valet parker was smoking and parking cars. We didn’t see him smoking but other guests had the same sentiment. Moreover, we decided to self-park instead of using valet, my partner is significantly allergic to marijuana and hemp, we didn’t want to take a chance.

The staff was super friendly. We were greeted promptly and our bags were delivered to the room when it was ready. There for Cardinals opening day and it was very busy but you would have never known with their excellent service.

Paying $50 to park is why we don’t travel to Chicago. Other than that everything was great

The hotel seemed new and was thoughtfully decorated. The staff did a great job from the front desk, parking, housekeeping, and bar/restaurant.

The bed was too soft causing some back problems. The low flow showerhead took us longer to shower to ensure all the soap was off.

First thing I noticed when I entered the hotel was the pleasant smell. The staff matched the smell with their pleasant attitude and professionalism. The room was spacious and decor was inviting. I love have the room numbers in bold big numerals in the carpet. What a wonderful idea

Nice employees and bed was comfortable. Nice big tv and the breakfast was amazing!

I felt like it could a have been a little nicer luxury with the price point. I felt like the toiletries were cheap. Toilet paper was cheap. There was no mini bar like in the previous Lowesw we've stayed at. It had a weird random smell to the room .

Food for breakfast for both days was not hot, it was lukewarm at best. In fact, the cold butter would not even melt on the french toast. The toast both days was crumbly (which could just be the bread) and cold when it was brought to the table. It was like it had set out and not under a warming light.
