Although we checked in very late (delayed flight), and were very tired, I instantly knew this was going to be a special place. I love the repurposing of the bottleworks into a chic but playful hotel, one that embraces its Art Deco past but not afraid to do its own thing. The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, the shower glorious. I would stay again in a heartbeat. But I also want to give a shout out to the very accommodating staff, especially Renee at the front desk, who went out of their way to help me locate a bag I accidentally left in our airport taxi. With her help, I was reunited with it before we left Indy!

Decor, location, history, the Photo Booth was a surprising and pleasant feature. The black interior was surprisingly warm, pleasant and inviting.

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was large but had a lot of wasted space. Front desk staff were not overly friendly and people taking wedding and engagement photos in the lobby were in our way when trying to check-in or enter/leave the hotel. The lobby is not large enough for professional staged photography by non-guests. No place to buy sundry items like Tylenol or Advil.

This historic property is absolutely beautiful, and it's wonderful the developers kept as much of the original construction as they could. The staff are great and helpful and fixed a reservation mix up right away. The rooms are stunning, the beds are perfect, and there are multiple food and drink options within a short walk. It's easy to get to anywhere in downtown Indy, and the valet service was outstanding.

Getting there off the interstate is a bit of an adventure, but your map program will get you there. Once you are there, everything is easy to get to. The coffee shop wasn't open yet when we wanted coffee for an early departure.

Beautiful hotel in an awesome area! It is a little pricey, but it was great! The decor is stunning and so well done. I love the huge sitting rooms off of the elevators and the black and white photos on the walls. There are water stations in the hallways, too! I have never seen that and it was one of the great amenities. Amazing, large rooms and fabulous rainfall shower head option! I was there for a wedding and got to go in one of the suites, too. It was absolutely beautiful! Even though I was not a patron of the Coffee shop and large Bar, I saw many guests there and I did venture in. They looked great and the convenience of them being there was nice. The only thing that was difficult was the parking/check in at the hotel, because there is just not really a good drop off area for luggage unless you are using valet. It is a busy area, so not easy to find parking on the street by the hotel. I parked in the garage which is very close, but hard to haul your luggage across the street. Some specific info about parking and signage prior to arrival would have been helpful. Other than, that it was wonderful!

Beautiful Hotel and the room was so nice ...comfortable bed and pillows ...loved the huge shower...it was close to the theater that we went to a concert there close by.... Loved all the friendly valet guys ..They were so nice and helpful to direct us in the right directions and places to see....

The long walk down the hallway...when you are older you cannot walk that far.... took a long time to get ice. we called multiple times ...hours.. The housekeepers did not speak English when we tried to ask questions...

Absolutely gorgeous property and brilliant concept. Loved our stay and the history behind this building. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We stopped in Indy on our roadtrip solely to stay at Bottleworks and it did not disappoint!!!! Hope to come back again.

We were given a disability accessible room which was oversized and lovely, but i have a few concerns given i am someone with walking difficulties due to Multiple Sclerosis. The room was the absolute furthest away from the elevators and lobby area. It was definitely a treck to get back there, which I found puzzling to make any accessible room so far away. Also, the shower was small and had no door. The water pooled over and created a dangerous wet area in the bathroom where someone could slip. I think this needs to be addressed.

We got there pretty early on day of check in to visit the spa. They checked us in and let us have our room hours before check in. That immediately impressed me. They were so kind. The shower was perfection, the bed and pillows were comfy. I’m usually a gal that brings their own pillow but I forgot this trip. I was very impressed. 10/10

Honestly, I can’t think of anything.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL! We loved the style, and the thought/detail put into the decor was clearly significant! We also loved that the hotel had such a great bar and was located right next to so many amazing food and shops. The room & bathroom were super spacious & clean, as well.

The only negative thing we experienced was that the first room we were assigned had a very musty smell and the sink was clogged. I called the front desk, explained the situation and requested a new room. They were very accommodating and our new room was great. Overall a great stay!

It’s a fun space. Rooms were big, with a little wasted space, though. The actual living space is well designed with sofa and chairs, coffee table and side tables. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good sized with a great shower.

The space has an echo and noise travels in the corridors. The atrium spaces in the room reinforces the echos of sound from the corridor. The pillows were horrible.

I liked everything. It is an absolutely gorgeous space with great attention to detail. The sheets were amazing, I am contemplating asking where I can buy them. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer and I definitely hope to go back for a longer stay in the future. The neighborhood was fun and had a lot to do within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive. I have paid a lot more for a lot less.

The only thing I "didn't like" is that I wish they had a pool or hot tub, which normally I don't care about but for this particular leg of our trip it would have been a welcomed addition. It was a minor detail that really is not needed.
