I liked professional staff at front desk.I liked swimming pool when open. I liked free laundry, but just one washer for the entire place.

Room a bit run down. TV Very Old. No movie channels. "Happy hour" in great room, Not Important; Provide movie channels instead!

Great value for our trip. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable lounge. Good breakfast.

Bathroom sink had leaking drain. It was along term issue so there was significant wood rot and mold growth underneath. Since the p-trap drained water, sewer gas would sometimes vent into the room.

Very good place to stay overall. Generally pretty quiet.

Not sure about the pool? Movie channels would be nice.

Cleanliness of room, location.

Carpet had a tear and hasn't been replaced in the room. AC was old style unit and extremely noisy.

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Louisville - East! The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offerings were delicious and varied, and the amenities such as the fitness center and common areas made our stay even more enjoyable. The only surprise—or minor drawback—was that parking was not included and required an additional fee. Since the hotel is located a bit removed from the busy downtown area, this was a bit disappointing and not common in our experiences.

Paying for parking

Breakfast was amazing each morning. Lady at front desk was so sweet and made our stay absolutely amazing. Beds were comfortable, rooms very clean. We had a small hiccup with an inoperable toilet. They promptly switched us to another room, no issues. Loved our stay, planning on staying again.

Pool was closed for maintenance. Booking.com stated this property did not allow pets so we made arrangements for our pets to be kept while we were gone. This property does IN FACT allow pets.

The night of arrival I had a small issue with my room. I went to the front desk, spoke to the young man that was on duty. Told him my issue and without any hesitation he apologized, moved my 73 year old Mom and myself to another room. An upgrade to make up for the issue. I was pleased with his quick reaction to resolve the issue. He has great customer service!!

The issue mentioned above. I will not go into detail since I was taken care of right away. If management would like you to contact me about it that is fine. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter since it was resolved.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay very much. We loved that we had small kitchen the fridge was amazing and the stove top was top notch. Hate eating out all weekend so we did enjoy meal Friday and Saturday night. Definitely made our weekend away from home. So mich sweeter.

There wasn't anywhere close to park near our room. Wasn't nothing I didn't like I am usually a complaining person. But not one thing went wrong. It was close to perfect weekend as possible.

Felt like home since we had to stay so long. The staff treated us like family not strangers and at the end of the day it is all I wanted to be at “home” because it was so comfy just like home. Would still be there if we weren’t asked to leave. Basically kicked out.

Management (the manager) couldn’t or wouldn’t work with us in our situation so we didn’t have to pack up on what was a freezing night after a long day of work for both of us and leave to not be able to find a place to stay so we slept in the car and had to find a place the next day.
