The bed was very comfortable. the room was clean. The popcorn and cookies were a pleasant bonus and there was potato soup and crackers provided at 5 PM although we did not partake. Breakfast was good with all the usual motel fare as well as scrambled eggs and sausage patties. The motel is very quiet.

Getting from the motel to a decent restaurant for dinner was not convenient. We needed to go back out onto the freeway and drive downtown in order to eat at the nearest dinner restaurant; The Outback. There is a Hardees onsite but it was closed when we were there.

The staff were wonderful - always friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, good WiFi. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was included in the price.

No shower gel in the bathroom - just a tiny bar of soap. The shower wasn't quite powerful enough, nor quite hot enough. Not environmentally friendly - there was single-use plastic everywhere, no separation of recyclable waste from general waste, and my towels were changed every day despite my leaving them on the rail.

Property is clean, area is safe, and right off the interstate. Parking is free. Staff is nice and professional. Room is clean and bed comfortable. Room has a microwave and fridge. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. Restaurant next door is convenient. Short drive to downtown Charleston.

Not in downtown but only a 10-min drive (if you use Apple Maps). If you use Google Maps (and maybe Waze), it will add another 7 miles to your route. We learned this the hard way.

Beds were really comfortable. The location was great for us. We loved breakfast. Two members of our group were disappointed that there wasn't any bacon for breakfast. My brother-in-law loved the potatoe soup and the popcorn. I loved the oatmeal-raisin cookies. Loved the mountains and waterfalls nearby.

Traffic was a little noisy and there wasn't a safe in the room.

The breakfast was exceptional. Hot breakfast, the home-made chocolate chip cookies were great also, that they had at the front desk

the bed was a bit hard for me, but my husband was great for him. The tub is way to high for a disabled or an elderly person to get in and out, but I'm not disabled, or old (LOL). also can use harder pillows they are way to soft, maybe foam pillows would be better.

We checked in and didn’t get to stay because it didn’t have a pool, after we got to our room my 9 year old cried because he wanted a pool, myself and the 9 year old went to the lobby to ask if we could get just a partial refund for not having a pool so we could go somewhere with a pool because we thought it did, I booked at the wrong sleep Inn, the lady at the front desk was fantastic she refunded us for the whole stay so we could go find a pool, I wish I would have gotten her name but she knows who she is.

Property was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was well maintained by staff. Rooms were nice for an overnight. Felt safe as I was traveling on my own with my two kids. I was able to get us in our room cleaned up and in bed within 15 minutes of pulling up. I would stay here again.

For what I needed it was perfect so no notes.

A great place to stay. High class room at an inexpensive rate. Great park a couple hundred yards away, good down-home restaurant a couple hundred feet away. Away from the hustle-bustle of downtown Charleston (and crazy roads) but you can get there in five minutes. Excellent staff, very good breakfast. We travelled 2000 miles from Colorado to Maryland and this was our favorite stop.

Great location, good staff. Great breakfast. My two little boys liked the place.

The shower head was leaking. Reported to reception staff who. called maintenance, but the problem couldn't be resolved. It made noise all night for our fournight stay. A swimming pool could be an added advantage.

Breakfast was very good - nice selection of food. Even had 2 waffle makers! There was a popcorn machine in the lobby - a nice treat. Room was just as shown in the photo - comfortable bed. Liked the shower too.

Easy to find the hotel but not close to many places to eat dinner. We were there on a Monday night and both nearby restaurants were closed.
