It's location was a lot better than we thought , in a quiet neighbourhood street and only a short walk to the centre of town. The pool was good and parking secure. Room size was better than most and bathroom large. Comfortable beds.

Small lounge and location of TV meant furniture movement was required. Kitchen utensils were limited. Facilities like water cooler would be beneficial. Pool towels were extra charge.

Very quiet location within walking distance of city centre. It was also very near to all transport, local and regional. Rooms appeared to be newly decorated and kitchen very well equipped. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the breakfast had a very good choice.

There was nothing I didn’t like but I was disappointed I felt unable to have a swim which I’d looked forward too. As I’m over 80 the ladder into the pool, which was at the deep end, was not safe for me. My daughter really enjoyed the facility. It was kept very clean.

The hotel facility was very nice and the room was large and clean. We enjoyed the very nice pool and the laundry facilities worked as described - using my phone.

We noticed that the side, ground-level door near the pool was left open at night several times. This could have allowed a non-guest to enter and use the elevator to come upstairs. We felt insecure. The walk down the street to the hotel from the main boulevard was dark and quiet at night with random men sometimes loitering nearby.

The room was very spacious and had all the basics in the kitchenette. It was really nice to have a sofa area as well as the small dining table. The pool garden was lovely for an afternoon. It was fairly quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable.

There wasn’t anywhere to get drinks, which would have been nice for when at the pool. At times, when the air con wasn’t on, there was a bit of a smell of drains.

Rooms were spacious and well equipped. The terraces were although could be better. Air con was efficient and definitely needed.

Although everything was reasonably good a few tweaks would make it much better. For example the full length mirror in one of the rooms we had was positioned in the wrong place so the bed was in the way, drawer knobs were difficult to grip, the lounger on one terrace was worn and grubby. Although one terrace was pleasant it would have been nicer with more plants to screen it a little. The other room's terrace was too hot to use much. Having said all that we still had very pleasant stay.

Good location, in a quiet area. The room was spacious enough, with a small kitchenette equipped with what one would need. The bathroom was also quite large, separate from the toilet room. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast offering enough options.

The wifi connection was quite poor and we would have preferred the TV to be installed in the middle of the wall opposite the bed, instead as of near the windows. Also, in the first morning there were works done outside starting with 8am immediately underneath our windows and we would have preferred not to have noise at that time, although we were awake.

Great location close to bus station and 15 mins to Aix centre . Rooms tidy , with air con which is essential on very hot days . Having a terrace is a bonus . Pool was fantastic at the end of a hot day .

No basic welcome pack to enable you to wash dishes / no dish cloth/ no drying up cloth / no washing up liquid or dishwasher detergent . Showers need an update difficult to get in and out and water scolding if not careful. Could be cleaner

Great apartement, with lots of space and facilities to match. Everything you need to self cater is provided. staff very helpful and kind.

only negative was that if you are staying for one night and using utensils its very difficult to ensure they are clean with out any dishwashing liquid. If compared to someone such as stay city who provide that touch

The rooms are spacious, featuring a bathtub, toilet, and a small kitchenette. However, the hotel could improve by providing some additional amenities expected of a 4-star establishment. For instance, the kitchenette could include coffee, sugar, and other essentials. Unfortunately, the soluble coffee provided ran out on the first day. Additionally, on one holiday morning, there were repairs being carried out with hammers and drills as early as 9 a.m., which was quite disruptive. Nevertheless, the hotel is well-located and boasts a heated pool, which is a definite positive aspect.

It’s a 10-15 minute walk from the center. There are buses as well. The breakfast is good. The pool was heated in October. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The staff pleasant. There is a washing machine and dryer near the breakfast area.

The breakfast is 16€ and the parking 12€ per day. Both a bit steep. The edges of the wash basin are slanting so you can’t keep things on it as they slide and fall. The drawers provided are very small so it’s not convenient. The cooking area is very basic and, you can, at the most, heat food. On the first floor, we could hear noise before the crack of dawn (either trash cans being rolled or delivery being done) and some kind of flood light coming on streaming through cracks in drawn curtains. Some lower balconies face the parking. They don’t pick your trash on the last day.
