Clean, comfortable room with a small kitchen included. The size of the room was larger than expected. The bed was very comfortable. There is also an option to use the pool and fitness room free of charge, but I did not have time to do that.

Breakfast was simple with not a lot of choices, but still ok. However, on the second day many things were missing when I arrived to the breakfast hall and nobody seemed to care and fill-in the missing food. My breakfast was included in the room price, but I would have complained if I was to pay extra for this (12€) and end up with very little food available.

Easy to get to from the train station. Was in a fairly quiet location. If you had a bike it has lots of cycle routes close by which seems to be the preferred choice of travel in the city. The tram stops right next to the hotel so if you didn't feel energetic it takes minimal effort to get there. The room was comfy and the staff were very polite.

The check in time is very late. The staff did let us drop off our luggage so we didn't have to carry it around with us while exploring the city but an earlier check in time would be better and the opening hours of the front desk are short. Saying that it was staffed outside of the stated hours which is good as there is also an early check out time too. The check in/out times might make me reconsider if I would stay here again but if you plan around them then that shouldn't be a problem for most people.

First of all, I would like to say that you’re so lucky to have San working with you!!! She’s always kind, always has a big smile on her face and does her best to be helpful!! Great thanks to her for that amazing stay. Other than that, it is very practical to have a kitchen inside the room, which we used all the time to cook. We had a little problem with our shower (there was a leak and every time we took shower, there was a literal flood at the entrance of the hotel) however I think it was a new problem, when the crew noticed it they came to our room and talked to us about it. The crew in general was helpful and kind, as I mentioned before, especially San was the best!!!

The staff is very professional and nice ( they tried to solve all my demands). Perfect location near city center (by foot). Good neighborhood. Clean and all you need in the room for a medium to longer stay . Elevator available. Breakfast available ( did not took it because I did not have time). Pool and gym really nice.

The room is a bit noisy sometimes ( ambulances and police passing by the main road).

Located close to two 'tram' stations. Kitchen equiped with accessories (enough for 2 persons in a 2-day stay). Although room was in front of a busy avenue, sound insulation was able to block noise. Garage had lots of places to park.

If you are alone and arrive with own car, you will not find where to park for pick-up keys at reception or unload your luggage from trunk (you will get remote control to open garage after check-in). Poorly lit garage with gloomy atmosphere. Room had strong bad smell when I arrived (had to leave windows full open several hours to refresh air).

Its location was ideal for commuting into the sights in Strabourg as well as convenient for taking the train out to the Black Forest. Also great for exploring the footpaths along the Rhine. A relaxing swim at the end of the day was a bonus.

The hotel is on the main road to Germany and as a consequence the road outside was busy with traffic so noisy. Nothing can be done about that.

The hotel is not in the centre, but there is a tram stop nearby. Large room. Bed was comfortable. Spatious bathroom with all the toiletries. Kitchenette with all the supplies. More than enough space in the room. Large window that can, thankfully, be fully opened. I would stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean apartment with all necessary facilities. Tram and bus station, and everything necessary is just nearby. Well equipped room, kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast served for €14 is quite fine.

The location is near the road which makes it noisy, also some guests were loud.

The apartment is clean and pretty, with new furniture and nice view from the window. There is a small kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, hob and some cooking stuff. The shower is comfortable and the floor is very warm there.

The apartment is located not close to the city centre. Check-in time (5pm) is not convenient. There were no tea cups or wine glasses in the kitchen.

The location was very nice. There were 2 tram stations just beside the hotel location. It was easy to travel and there was one Turkish shop just 200m away which is open even all the shops are closed and helped us to survive during closed days.

I think it would be the price which should be little less than what we paid rest everything was nice.
