Wonderful little gem of a hotel, just a hundred meters from the Cheval Blanc at 10x this price. We booked the junior suite, where the bed was heavenly, shower newly renovated and amazing, and even had a japanese-style toilet - tmi but want to give you the full picture. Reception desk, although busy (running single-handed) were really pleasant to deal with and super-polite. We've stayed at some of the best hotels in Paris, and see no reason to fork out a king's ransom any longer. This is more than enough hotel, and in an ideal location. No need to shop around, this is the best value for money around. That is not to say that you should hike your prices though :-)

Nothing at all! All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was idyllic. Amazing bed, and amazing shower. When you get there you will see what I mean. Really can't rave too much for this excellent establshment.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower was terrific. Bed was comfortable. Despite being in a very busy area the room was very quiet. Location itself was wonderful. Lots of good informal restaurants close by

Room decor was pretty plain and not very appealing. Toilet was separate from the sink and shower. The junior suite is really just a bigger room.

We lived in ground floor. Entrance is in the courtyard. It’s very cosy.

The location for sightseeing was excellent. The room was quiet and the facilities were good with windows onto a small courtyard - a mini bar, coffee, etc. Nearby cafe's and restaurants and a fairly quiet location. The Staff were very helpful and friendly...all in all highly recommended!

The toilet and shower room could have been a little bigger.

The hotel is just perfect, It is located in the best location you could ask for, right in the middle of everything and there are lots of restaurants and bars around it. All the staff is really kind and nice, especially Camille, they even sent me champagne for my birthday. The rooms are a bit bigger compared to the other hotels in Paris and are equipped with new and comfortable facilities, look very beautiful and clean.

The first thing that makes this hotel great is the staff. Everyone at the reception/front desk is friendly, competent, and very welcoming. The hotel is super close to the Louvre (maybe two blocks?) and is in a great location. The rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable. The bathroom has a great shower and a Japanese toilet (haha, loved the heated seat!), the room has a coffee machine with capsules (so none of that powder/instant stuff that you find in a lot of hotels in Europe), and the welcome muffin was excellent. The airconditioner worked very well. I would definitely come back, thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

The location was excellent. I arrived pretty early in the day and was able to drop my bags off and the girl at the front desk gave me excellent advice on where to go for brunch and sightseeing until my room was ready. I walked everywhere while in Paris! Overall a great stay. Great view from my room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Smaller room but good sized bathroom. The shower had great pressure too.

The room itself was small but thatʻs to be expected in Paris.

If You are traveling to Paris, You shall know that three thing don't come at once; central location, big / comfortable rooms and price. Yes the hotel is not cheap but the Junior Suite room we booked was big enough and we wanted to stay central with easy access to Louvre and nearby locations. The staff are nice, friendly, helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. One disadvantage in central Paris hotels is that they are in old buildings so rooms are extra small and no matter how clean they are, they don't look clean. This hotel is renovated inside so our room was big enough and everything looked and was clean. We didn't include breakfast since the hotel is central and we had breakfast somewhere else every morning, so can't comment on breakfast.

This hotel has become our home away from home when in Paris. The young ladies on reception are friendly and very helpful. Camille stands out as the best person on reception I have ever met. We had told her we were going to Versailles and when we left the next morning she had proactivly checked RER C line was closed and gave us alternative options. That sort of interest in a guest is exceptional!!

Nothing is perfect but when the staff treat you as they do here it is easily overlooked.

The hotel is in a perfect locality for Notre Dame Louvre restaurants Metro etc. Given its Paris rooms are small so that is why we paid extra for Junior Suite and it was very good. What really made the stay was the welcome and help we got from Camille on reception when we arrived and checked out. She was wonderful and the hotel should do all they can to keep and promote her. At least some French know how to be courteous to foreigners that prevented them from speaking German.
