Room was great. Comfy bed and daily roomservice if you wish. Staff were very helpful and kind. Location good - safe neighborhood at night, there's a farmer's market just outside the hotel on certain days of the week, metro station literally 2min walk from hotel. Plenty of options for places to eat near hotel. We had a lovely room with a view of the eiffel tower in the distance . Overall great value for money in an expensive city like Paris and the lovely staff made it a smooth process.

We were happy with the bathroom size however it might be small for some people. Floor does get wet when showering but it was a minor inconvenience.

The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating at all times. Staff in the breakfast area very discrete, polite and cheerful. Breakfast exceeded my expectations for quality and choice. Very good. The location is also ecxellent and I enjoyed having a room with a view over the street.

Perhaps more English language choices on the TV would have been better.

The rooms are quite spacious , modern and clean with excellent proximity to the metro, restaurants and shopping centre

The air conditioning is central to the whole building therefore being on the 5th floor it was not effective at all. Lucky for us the temp was 28 degrees but the rooms were still hot , I’d hate to be there if it was hotter . We also did not have a fridge in our room despite the booking listing stating there was one. We booked 2 rooms, the other one did have a fridge

Rachel, our receptionist, was extremely friendly and helpful about what we could do in the area. We had booked another hotel not in that area but fraudulently our booking was cancelled and we only found out about it when we arrived at that first hotel. However Rachel made us fraught travellers very welcome and her help certainly exceeded all the expectations of a regular receptionist.

The room was spacious with AC, quiet and clean. a Kettle allow us to have tea and coffee in the room and water was available for free. The bathroom provided "Nuxe" shampoo/body, french quality brand. The place is at " la Butte aux caille" and there's is a lot of restaurants to chose for. We went to " La Butte aux Piafs" great value and delicious. The lady at the the Front desk welcome us warmly. She was very helpful with the metro navigation.

The bathroom ventilation was not working so it was very steamy. My neighbor went back to his room at 2h35 (middle of the night) and I had to ask them to tone down so i could go back to bed. I didn't took the breakfast as lot of place around were offering French artisan viennoiserie.

Lovely place to stay, close to restaurants, shops and the metro. Great facilities and friendly staff. Would stay here again!

Only down side and nothing to do with the hotel. there was a market out the front on our first morning,k and with the windows open in the heat it was quite noisy during set up at around 5 AM. But absolutely no fault of the hotel or the market.

The location is magnificent. It is far enough from all the hustle of Paris but it is incredibly well connected. There are 3 metro lines that connect you to anywhere. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and the rooms and staff are very friendly. I would stay here again.

The air conditioning wasn't turn on so at night it get a little warm. But I was told that cooling/ heating system is regulated in the whole building so they only have air conditioning during the summer.

Clean, nice, friendly and helpful staff, free bottles of water.

The air conditioning was not on, and it is planned to be on only some time in May. The room was hot. Fortunately, we had a room overlooking the back, so we were able to open windows, otherwise it would be very uncomfortable. I felt sorry for people with windows overlooking the high traffic street.

Easy access to 2 metro stations, great restaurants very close by.

Only complaint is that they only provide very small paper cups to drink out of. Fine if you want a drink of water, but not good if you want a hot drink. I ended up taking a mug from the breakfast room so I could enjoy a decent cup of tea.
