all was perfect. clean.well equipped hotel. friendly personal. location.

spa area- it ´s nice place, well equipped, clean, nice staff,it´s positive.. but noisy because of ignorant mother ´s with their children ´s.They are everywhere/in Spa area too - even through entry 16+ years/.It may be quiet place,but it isn ´t. Children ´s make noise,play with balls in pool ´s, it ´s terrible for people trying to be resting.Only quiet time there was 12-13:30.It ´s a shame.

Breakfast was outstanding! Absolutely scrumptious and the variety of the food was incredible! The service was excellent too. The coffee was absolutely delicious! The Spa and the pool were fantastic! The vibe was great there and you could really blow off some steam by going there. The hotel was exceptionally clean and it smelled incredible!

Parking should always be for free. And if you do have to pay for parking, it should not be 60zł! That's way too much. Max 10/15zł per day.

DoubleTree by Hilton in Kraków is a modern and comfortable hotel. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. A special thanks to the staff, particularly the young lady at the reception desk. She provided us with all the necessary information, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options. We truly enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków.

- Breakfast is very rich and tasty, with lot of choices for everyone - Dinners were delicious - creamy mushroom soup or Bouillabaisse soup were superb - One dish at dinner was not prepared according order / guest wish - mistakes can happen everywhere - it was not charged - Overall food is very good - Nice, spacious and clean rooms - Personnel either at reception, bar or restaurant - superb, very friendly and helpful - Wellness area - Nice sauna and herbal sauna, where the water in the whirlpool could be a bit warmer - but that´s a personal opinion/choice. Despite signs everywhere some guests still uses the sauna in swimsuits, not only in towels, but this is not the hotel´s fault, the guests should change this behavior. - Booked this hotel already many times for a business trip and can only recommend

First and foremost, Mikolaj at reception is the kindest coolest most helpful person in Krakow. The hotel was located in a quiet area, it was very clean, the rooms were neat and cleaned daily, towels changed everyday, we had a great time at the fitness center and the pool and spa. The staff, especially Mikolaj and Anna at reception were very nice and helpful.

The staff were too nice. The hotel is too beautiful. The rooms are too clean. My friends were the in the best moods i've seen them in and I think this was the effect of the hotel!

Lovely hotel. Very clean, the staff are lovely and breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool and sauna which were usually very quiet. We had a room on the first floor and it was a great size and quiet too. It was almost perfect.

The location. I chose poorly here. It is well out from the main city. Not ideal when in Krakow for a short break. Going in and out had to be well planned and there’s no ‘nipping back’. We used the tram or uber to get about but the costs mount up. Both were fairly cheap but it was a hassle we didn’t really need.

The hotel and staff are phenomenal. The Indian breakfast chef is an omelette god...he was a delight to meet and made them to perfection. Throughout the hotel, it was spotless. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities are excellent and the room was very comfortable with everything you need. I really couldn't find fault staying here other than the location isn't exactly central, it's about a ten minute taxi ride from the city centre but otherwise I'd highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

Modern, nice, spacious rooms. The spa facilities are excellent. Good sized pool (lifeguard on site). Nice jacuzzi. Sauna is good temperature, clean. They also have a herbal sauna (I did not tried though). Big outdoor parking space, easy to park, but can get crowded over the weekend. The city centre is only 15 minutes by car/taxi. There is also public transportation in time. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were greeted with cookies and they sorted all of our requests. The area is quiet. You can find restaurants supermarkets in walkable distance.

ur stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are so comfortable it was a struggle to get out of them in the morning. The breakfasts were a true culinary delight with a huge variety of fresh and delicious food. The pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Plus, the large and free parking made our trip much easier. We will definitely be back!"

Excellent place for family. Swimming pool, Spa & sauna was splendid. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed jacuzzi although kids pool was bit deep for her. My wife had a relaxed and beautiful massage @ Moon. Huge thanks to the lady's effort who did the massage for continuous 2 hours. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of items to chose.

* Staffs were excellent except for the bar tender who was not much interested in taking my orders and deliver it to room since he said it was more of room service duty and not his. Restaurant was closed at that time until 4 PM. * Could not reach front desk multiple times via phone and I went to reception directly. * Took almost 1 hour today to airport and I think it maybe due to Friday peak traffic.
