Everything was impeccable. It is very difficult to pinpoint what was the best part of our stay. This is an exclusive place, and feels exclusive in every way. It is elegant, quiet, secluded, while in the very heart of London. A peaceful, luxurious hideaway just by Buckingham palace. Saying it is central is an understatement, because it is at the very heart of the city. We were very nicely looked after. The details were exquisite. The room was very comfortable, and they made sure I could work comfortably - even providing extra lighting in the room. The concierge service recommended lovely places to dine; we were there for seven nights, so also had the chance to enjoy the in house service, which was very nice. The breakfast was superb. The atmosphere was just very special.

Everything was very nice. I had some trouble understanding how the lightning worked, and needed an extra side-light, which was very promptly organised.

We love staying here. This was our second visit. We also just stayed at 100 Princess Street in Edinburgh. We prefer a small luxury boutique property. We mostly enjoy the service that is given. The staff is wonderful. Jessica, Saif, and I can’t remember the managers name but believe it started with a J? Then also the sweet girl that works at the entry desk. And then of course the doorman and others whom I don’t know the names of.

There’s too much furniture in the room. It’s difficult to maneuver around. The manager actually offered to remove a chair and also store some of our luggage downstairs so that we could have more room. I just don’t feel you need a desk in there not a trunk that serves no purpose.

The staff was amazing. The room was beautiful. The location was excellent. It was around the corner from Buckingham Palace and a two minute walk away from Victoria Station. Food available in the lounge almost 24/7.

Be aware that they add a 20 pound gratuity on the bill for each night for each room while you are there. We had three rooms for a total of three people. I saw the extra charge when I checked out and questioned what it was. That is 160 pounds, about $200, in gratuities for three people. Although, I had been tipping while I was there, I wouldn't have done so if I knew that they added the gratuity at the end. They should inform their guests before they check in of this policy. One can refuse the gratuity, but I paid it since the staff were all so wonderful. Still, it definitely should be disclosed up front.

Everything at Hotel 41 is exceptional - the attentive service, the cleanliness, the phenomenal staff - there just isn't a better hotel in London. Very quiet and luxurious room. Tea and a bite in the executive lounge is a pleasant moment in the day. Warm, fluffy towels in the bath and a treat on our pillow each evening was a delight. 41 will be my new "go to" hotel in London. A shout out to Connor on staff who ensured that our stay was perfect.

There is not a thing that I could put for a dislike.

Even though everything is said and written about this elegant, immaculate hotel, when in London staying at the 41 is a must. One should not miss this unforgettable experience! If this hotel didn’t exist we would have to invent it!

Lovely comfortable environment. Superb staff with great attention to detail. It’s the little extras which make this hotel a cut above the rest. Superb.

Location was two blocks from Buckingham Palace and a short walk to Victoria Station. The staff was simply amazing. So friendly and helpful! Welcome was wonderful, we were given a glass of champagne in the lounge while the front desk handled the administrative details. Room also exceeded expectations. Staff brought treats every night with turn-down service. Everyone seemed to know it was my birthday and sent good wishes, while constantly asking if there was anything we needed. All of this attention came with zero pretentiousness, which can be present at some other high end London boutique hotels.

Really no complaints. The English Grill restaurant downstairs was good, but I would say just met expectations. There was nothing else about this hotel that did not completely exceed expectations

We were overwhelmed upon arriving to be greeted by a traditional doorman, resplendant in red and black velvet, then by Callum, a guest services representative, dressed in a tuxedo, who escorted us to the Executive Lounge where we were able to relax in an amazing, fireplace-lit library with comfortable tables, chairs, setees and sofas while being checked in. We were asked if we would like a glass of champagne while we were waiting, then given the option of three varieties. When poured, we were also offered some lovely hors d'oeuvres as accompaniment. Our room was spacious and so comfortable with multiple pillows on a king-sized bed, a setee, table with chairs, and a desk, as well as a fireplace, blackout shade, large screen television, coffee maker and tea service. The bathroom had a full sized tub with shower in addition to a single shower, a large sink with vanity and lovely personal amenities. The room was made up in the morning and turned down at night. We were given the opportunity to raid the pantry after 8:30 every evening in the executive lounge and were provided a full "honor system" bar in same. We were attended to and spoiled every minute of our stay by countless staff members who were also available to recommend area attractions, restaurants, transportation, and necessities. As the final hotel of a five-week travel adventure, 41 spoiled our experience at all other hotels where we have stayed, and will reserve in our future! A most FABULOUS hotel!

Our recent stay at Hotel 41 was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, the level of service exceeded all expectations. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne upon check-in, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the service was flawless. Our room was beautifully appointed, exuding luxury and comfort. The turn-down service was impeccable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel pampered every step of the way. One of the highlights was returning to the Executive Lounge after a busy day exploring London or after catching a show. It was such a lovely retreat, offering wonderful food and drinks in a lovely setting. The perfect way to unwind and relax. Every interaction with the staff felt personal and genuine—they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. This was truly the best hotel experience we have ever had, and we can't wait to return.

We loved staying at the 41! The central location was fantastic! We walked to many of the places we wanted to visit. For places that were further away, we took black cabs, which the staff hailed for us. The attentiveness of the staff was unsurpassed! Everyone knew who we were and knew that I had Celiacs Disease. The staff had a gluten-free sticky toffee pudding made for me one night, which was above and beyond my expectations. It was delicious! From the nightly turn down service to quick responses to requests made using the "whatever, whenever" button, we felt pampered. We would definitely stay there again!

I cannot think of anything that I did not like about staying at the 41.
