Great location, very pleasant staff, perfectly clean. We wanted an affordable base from which to see London for a few days and it was perfect.

Everything was great. We did have specific ideas about what we wanted so the smaller size and basic nature of the amenities were perfect for us. We could see things that other people might not like if they were expecting frills or extras that some other small but fancier hotels may offer. But for us it was fantastic!

Room had ensuite, comfortable beds and a refrigerator for a longer stay. Close to Victoria Station for transport and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace.

Room is reasonably small, and there is no fan.

The hotel is very welcoming and the staff very friendly. The room was ready and constantly kept tidy and as always I had my favourite room on the first floor with comfortable bed and chair and television. This hotel is just a few minutes from Victoria Coach and Rail stations so I can easily walk there and the central location makes it well set for exploring even if there is, by chance, the usual crop of UK rail strikes. People flying in should realise that one cannot rely on rail communication to and from the airports to Central London.

I have no negative comments to make.

Great location, clean rooms and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was a little too small but was ok for a short stay. Wasn't impressed that we saw it advised with breakfast included and found out later it wasn't. (Not a complaint, just a suggestion to owners to take that down off ad).

For the price and as somewhere to sleep and wash and little else I thought the comfort and facilities were good. Excellent location if you're wanting to crash near Victoria.

I checked in late (10.30) and they had left my room key in a key safe by the front door. I couldn't figure out how to access it but the receptionist must have seen me struggling and came out to help. I understand that at this price point 24 hour reception is hard to provide, but this was a problem for me.

The great advantage of this hotel is that its central location is also within easy reach of all airports by coach to Victoria Coach Station, just a few minutes walk away and Victoria Railway Station, which provides regular services, when not closed by strikes or bank holiday closures. A friendly reception as always and the hotel is well situated for excellent local shopping. Strongly recommended.

No problems here.

It's accessible to almost every landmark in all directions and it's near Victoria Coach station. The staff are also very friendly and considerate. They let us stay for a bit in the reception as it was raining really hard outside. There's a hairdryer in the room and the shower was just big enough. You can leave your luggage there after checking out for £10 until 2300H which works fine for us as we had time to go around more while waiting for our coach trip.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft. The sink was too small and the soap dispenser was right in front so I hit my forehead twice trying to wash my face.🤭 But it was okay. The check-in time was 1500 but the check-out time is 1000 not sure if this is true for all other hotels but I arrived just in time.

We booked just the room and asked for a mini fridge which was provided as soon as we arrived.

We have stayed here before and it was just as we expected.

Everything is kinda good and it's kinda worthy. Good location and has nice staff.

Internet connection in the hotel area (wifi) was very poor or did not work at all. Personally, for me, that was a real issue.

Excellent location, receptionist very friendly.

Smell of smoke, like a herbal cigarette, in my room on arrival. Similar Smell from room next door on day of departure. Bed was also a fold up bed, which was OK.
