There was always someone at the reception desk. There did seem to be a lack of a personalised experience with the people on reception. It was very operational, which was good, but a friendlier more personable welcome and exchange would have been nice. The breakfast package was great, and my 9 year old daughter loved receiving it every morning .

Family using two showers in the one apartment was great but the hot water did run out and we were told we needed to wait a half hour for the hot water to heat up again. This meant our day needed to start a half hour later. Not much empathy from apartment admin.

Room was incredibly hot- neither of us slept too great as it was just too warm- we left the windows open to try and cool it down but then you get the noise pollution from outside.

My family like the location of Fraser Place. It is very convenient - near to big malls and tube stations within 10-12 mins walk. We felt safe when we returned to the accommodation late at night. The room we booked was spacious and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Though we had a problem when using the stove, they found out that the cookware we used were incompatible with the stove and quickly got us another set of cookware. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea provided at the lobby.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable/noisy but it was okay if only one person slept on it.

Some rooms had air on some didn’t

It was difficult on check in because it was a large group of us and they muddled up the rooms even though I send t booking.com a list of names of who is going in each room. Booking.com said this will make checking in easier but it did not. The accommodation still made me type out every name into each room, and they still messed it up so it was a bit stressful with 16 people sorting everyone out even though it was planned before hand to make life easier. But overall a lovely experience and the staff were really nice and facilities were brilliant!

Could have done with air conditioning especially with the weather being so hot during our early May short break. Only one full length mirror in the hallway to share when getting ready. Could have done with one in each bedroom too. Also no balcony furniture so we had to keep dragging the chairs from the table outside. The wardrobe doors in one bedroom were fitted with lights which didn’t shut down when the doors were closed due to a poor fitting so they gave off a slight glow during the night which wasn’t too bad as it aided seeing your way during the night to the bathroom.

Really comfortable room, great view, all amenities and although small, it met every need. Felt like a home from home. It was a little difficult to find from the station not having any prior knowledge of Canary Wharf area. Very helpful receptionist about take aways in the area.

I had asked for a bath after booking the deluxe suite. I emailed and said I needed a bath as I was running the London Marathon. No one responded. Only on check-in did I discover that the room I booked didn't have a bath and I needed to pay for an upgrade. I would have been super annoyed if there was no bath available. It also annoyed me that I had asked about this specifically and the hotel failed to respond until I arrived.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in London with my family. The staff was incredibly friendly—very warm and always willing to do everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself has a cozy interior. From the riverside, the view from the hotel was beautiful, adding an extra level of comfort to our stay. However, I was disappointed that the rooms weren’t as clean as I had expected. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the overall impression. Additionally, there is a free coffee and tea machine in the hotel lobby.

The furniture was worn out, and the pull-out sofa was uncomfortable.

I liked the apartment. We were a group of 5, so it was big enough for all of us to use comfortably and still have our own space. I liked that the breakfast items they gave us- while choice is somewhat limited, I think it’s more than enough and they offered a certain variance.

The location- if you don’t have anything to do in Canary Wharf, I’d warn you that the closest underground station is 8 minutes away from the accommodation, and we found the walk quite tiring. The area itself is beautiful, but I would check twice to see if it’s worth the annoying walk. Moreover, I forgot my adapter at home and they didn’t have any, which meant I had to go buy an additional adapter. I wish they had enough adapters to offer, but they didn’t, therefore we were kind of stuck.

5 Stars I had a wonderful stay at Fraser Place Canary Wharf. The location is perfect — peaceful yet very well-connected to central London. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering lovely views of the water. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the stay, especially Mr. Rehman who ensured everything was smooth right from check-in to checkout. The facilities were top-notch, and having a kitchen and washer-dryer made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for both short and long stays in London!

Enjoyed our stay as a family of 3. Nice little balcony, lovely views from the living room with a sofa bed. The whole place felt lovely, warm and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfy, the apartment seemed fairly clean.. the only issue I had was a few small dark hairs in the shower and quite a lot of dark hairs came out when I unfolded the shower mat. Shower was nice and hot. The kitchen area was a bit small, no microwave or toaster but the basics were there and they seem to have made the best out of the space available. Location was pretty good also, about 10 minutes walk from the tube and bars, restaurants & shops. We came here to stay for the weekend of the Brit Awards and getting back from the 02 arena was better than we thought, we had a couple of pints after the event to avoid the rush and it was easy to jump on the tube to get back, just felt a bit of a walk in heels coming back!
