The level of service provided is truly exceptional, and the room size surpasses expectations, making it particularly accommodating for guests with ample luggage. House keeping team are very helpful and friendly and made me feel like I'm home. I must commend Mr. Alejandro, the duty manager, for his outstanding professionalism and commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with a receptionist, and Mr. Alejandro promptly took the initiative to address and rectify the situation. His proactive approach not only resolved the matter efficiently but also ensured that I continued to receive impeccable service throughout my stay, extending all the way to the check-out process. I express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Alejandro for his remarkable management skills and unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction. I would like to suggest an enhancement to the room service menu and restaurant offerings, with a particular focus on expanding options, especially in the realm of grilled and healthy food choices. Additionally, I believe there is room for improvement in the breakfast selection, and I recommend considering enhancements to elevate the overall dining experience.

I recently stayed at Langdale Chase in Windermere and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right on the lake with breathtaking views, making it an ideal getaway. The setting and scenery are truly special. The food was very good and the atmosphere made every meal even more enjoyable. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. I had an issue during my visit, which I reported, and they handled it promptly and professionally. When I needed to get to the train station but there was a traffic jam, the hotel arranged for me to go in their own car, which was incredibly thoughtful. I also booked a boat trip through the hotel, and the team who took us out were very friendly and welcoming. They made the trip on the lake especially enjoyable.

It was my very first trip to London, and choosing The Capital Hotel was the best decision I could have made. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff as a whole went above and beyond — they even took care of my special requests before I arrived and always responded quickly, which made me feel truly cared for. During my stay, Ariola and Stela were especially kind and attentive, adding a warm personal touch to the experience. Everything about my stay was smooth and welcoming. I left with only wonderful memories, and I would absolutely stay here again!

The location just behind Harrods is excellent. It is so convenient for Knightsbridge underground and good for exploring on foot. My room was very nice with good quality decoration and amenities. I had room service which was excellent and breakfast in the restaurant which was good - although a little expensive. Staff were all very attentive and helpful.

The lack of lift (due to maintenance) was a little inconvenient, but I was warned of this beforehand and offered a room in the adjoining Townhouse - so this is certainly not a complaint. I thought the breakfast was a little overpriced. No other negative issues.

Additionally, the hotel is close to numerous shopping areas and a fantastic selection of restaurants. Whether I wanted to indulge in some retail therapy or enjoy a delicious meal, everything was conveniently within reach. My stay at The Capital Hotel, Apartments & Townhouse was exceptional. The combination of a comfortable bed, prime location, and excellent service made for a memorable visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect base in the heart of London

It's worth noting that a deposit of £50 per day was required upon check-in. This policy was clearly communicated, and the staff handled it efficiently, ensuring there were no surprises.

This is not my first stay at this hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, the service is outstanding, and the Junior Suite is very comfortable. It has two bathrooms, both equipped with a handheld bidet (shattaf), which is a great convenience.

I only wish the room service menu was more diverse and available until later at night.

Whether you're visiting Harrods, dining at Harry’s, or exploring the surrounding attractions, everything is conveniently close, just a stone’s throw away. The hotel itself is brimming with character, offering a wonderful blend of traditional British charm and modern comfort. However, what truly sets The Capital apart is the impeccable service. The staff are nothing short of exceptional, displaying the utmost professionalism and genuine warmth throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and care made my visit all the more memorable.

We had a balcony with a view down the street to Harrods, which was quite entertaining viewing in the afternoons. Also loved the extra space the room gave us along with the kitchen area. The staff are EXCELLENT and always very helpful. The location is fantastic and easy walking distance to Hyde Park.

Bathroom is little small, but this goes with the territory of the age of the building and wasn't an issue. Also, a power point near the bathroom for my hairdryer/straightener, but also probably goes with the age of the building.

The location is fab, easy walking to shops, museums etc. The rooms are super, with very comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly & helpful. It's possible to park your car if you book in advance.

It's a very small thing, but there is no milk available in the room. Previously we'd stayed in another part of the hotel, and they had told us it was available in a kitchen area downstairs. However, we weren't pre-warned this time and were in the main hotel, so we didn't know where to go to get it. Also, you don't want to be walking around in your dressing gown in the morning to get it! I appreciate that they want to provide fresh milk rather than UHT, but the room has a fridge/mini-bar so it would be easy to provide a small amount of free milk in there. As I say, this is a small point, but I'd expect a 5* hotel to think of this!

The location was excellent - near multiple underground lines and in a beautiful part of London. The hotel staff was very responsive and proactively contacted us when there was a need to adjust our room based on some upgrades taking place. We were offered multiple room types and our request was honored. The staff was very helpful. Our hotel room was lovely and spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom luxurious.

We have no complaints about this property. Truly.
