Staff were friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to provide a great service. The bar was amazing!

The room could do with an upgrade to the decor

An excellent place to stay. The lobby was busy when we arrived but the staff were superb. Sadie went out her way to assist and contacted us as soon as out room was ready. The room was superbly furnished and we had a balcony, albeit overlooking a large construction site. The bar was excellent and the staff knowledgeable about the range of cocktails. Breakfast was busy but staff were very good. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.

The main carpets in the hallway were very worn and need replacing. This is central London so it was busy with traffic though you got used to this. The construction site keeps to strict hours so it was not a problem.

Construction i was told pre arrival that the area was under intense construction so i called and asked for a room that was away from this which they accommodated . Unfortunately the last day the hotel on my floor in the morning for hours had intensive construction drilling hammering that was unacceptable and impossible to tolerate when you're trying to sleep. I complained twice over 1.5 hours and was told it would be sorted out which did not happen. I had to go downstairs to the concearge and basicly make a scene and threaten to leave for the manager stop the construction on the 7th floor i was in room 729. After 6 days of being comfortable my last days experience ruined the stay.

I like that the hotel has security guards outside of the hotel it make me feel safe with my family, the staff are very nice and professional

There is nothing that I didn’t like to be honest, but there is a small notice, I like how they put a bidet spray ( shattaf ) in the bathroom that was very nice from the hotel however the pressure of the bidet spray is very high and strong if they just little bit they reduce the pressure other than that there is no bad thing about this hotel I consider it my hotel thats why I came back second time. Love this hotel and the staff ❤️

The staff is top notch, and the restaurant is amazing, great food i particularly loved the breakfast. Highly recommend.

The style of the hotel was beautiful when you first go in and you’re treated really well!

-Last time we went there was individual sealed glass bottled water. But now it was just a big glass bottle of water with tap water. -Tv wasn’t working in bathroom, building work on building opposite so made the view not as great. (Which I know can’t be helped…But would be nice to have known) -Black furniture was a little shabby in areas. -Bottled fresh milk in the fridge would be something I feel should be included. -And I expected there to be a mini bar in room…but there wasn’t. -But the bit that was the worst was noisy people down the corridor at night between 2-4am (Someone talking on their phone on loud speaker (not sure if staff or guests?)

staff - we asked for ice and regardless of them having ice machines (which we didnt know even existed until after we had asked about ice) they brought it to our room within 10 minutes at 3am or so, and a whole massive bucket as well. they let us check in at 1 am as a last minute thing too and it was just really convenient and a really quick response time which made it so convenient and easy for us. amazing staff. also scenery is very nice and i absolutely loved the room - very lush and the facilities as a whole. dmitri especially really helped and sent us off with a warm see you later!

some of the halls were relatively difficult to navigate to find our room but it wasn;t too much of a hassle. our view wasn't too amazing either

-The location is amazing, that was the reason I chose this hotel. -I was also lucky with the room, it wasn’t big, but it was bright which is really rare in London.

-Breakfast is bad. Options are very limited, and it’s exact the same everyday. Take it only as the very last option if you know you will be in rush in the morning, otherwise give a preference to local cafes. -Housekeeping was coming during the random time, usually it’s easier always in morning/afternoon/evening, but at this hotel you could never predict when they will come. There were so many times when I was out the whole day, so they had plenty of time to clean the room, but they needed up coming in the evenings when I was already lying in a bed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful, and everyone at reception was extremely polite and helpful. I requested a late check-out, and they immediately accommodated my request. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to everything on foot. From the moment you step into the hotel, there’s a delightful, fresh fragrance that can be noticed on every floor. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and everything was just perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and high-quality experience. It’s the right place to stay, and I’m so grateful for the lovely weekend we had. Thank you so much!
