The location is probably the best trait of FX Hotel Metrolink Makkasan. It's next door to the metro and the airport railway link, giving immediate connection to many points of interest in the city. Moreover, despite being next to a very busy road, the hotel is located in a secondary road that is very quite. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I had a flight very early next morning, and they prepared a breakfast box for me at 5 AM. The rooms and beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom is clean and very functional.

That I couldn't stay longer to enjoy the full breakfast at the hotel.

It was close to the mrt train line, I needed to get to Don Muang airport after landing at Suvarnabhumi airport and needed a hotel for the night. I found this a great location to spend the night There are some shops and restaurants around but near a very busy road so not good for noise or pollution from cars. The hotel looked a little run down from the outside but was good inside The staff were great, a good sized bedroom and comfortable sleep Good buffet breakfast and plenty to eat. Would use it again for the convenience of travelling from one airport to another. I arrived early from my flight and they organized my room for an earlier stay

The outside looks of the hotel are shabby and not very inviting. I thought I made a mistake booking it at first but was surprised by the interior.

Had all the amenities one could want including a TV, fridge, kettle, air conditioner. Close to the air port shuttle station and underground train station. A 7 Eleven store is just a few minutes walk. Included breakfast was excellent. Make sure to include breakfast when booking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good price.

TV stations weren't the best quality, some were very grainy. Had to buy new batteries for TV remote. Being on a very busy road, getting a taxi was very hard.

Hotel is located near Sky Train station, it's main advantage is near 30 min to get to the airport. Our suite was clean, air-condition worked well. Nice place to stay for 1 or 2 nights

The hotel is not new and needs a facelift. The passage to the hotel goes through the alley, so it is not very comfortable to get there at night

I really liked that it had a really good easy to use air conditioner, which for me is a must in Thailand. It also has other great amenities such as kettle and refridgerator. And it has an excellent Samsung TV with lots of great channels. Also great location in that its close to the train above that goes to the airport (also great for getting to the hotel from airport), and the train below - one stop over in Sakumvuh has the amazing Terminal 21 shopping centre which has several levels.

The shower, unfortunately wasnt very hot.

The staff were very lovely, polite, and cheerful, especially Ms. Candy. She was very eager to help.

For the breakfasts, you should check regularly to see if the food is running out and needs to be replenished, instead of waiting until everything runs out at once before refilling. We went down to eat at 9:15, but all the food was gone at the same time. The food wasn't refilled until 9:30, so we had to waste almost 20 minutes waiting for them to replenish it.

A very nice hotel linking the transportation from the airport and the underground network, therefore easy to get anywhere from there. Very friendly staff, nice facilities, comfortable and spacious rooms, tasty breakfast with Thai and Western options. I spent only one night there but was quite pleased with the experience and would certainly visit again.

No complaints. Perhaps a bit pricy compared to my previous stays in Bangkok but considering the location, it is understandable.

It is a great location to access both the blue and brown lines and the Asok Pier. Many street foods are within walking distance. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is simple but good enough.

Perhaps it is time for a deep cleaning or renovation to freshen the rooms. The room is generally clean, but more can be done to improve the overall experience. The rooftop has a nice view, but do not expect much from the small jacuzzi pool.

This is my second time to travel and stayed in this property. I still got a warm welcome from all entire team. the different of this time that I had traveled with my family and I was so happy that they still remember my little girl "Ohana" If you are looking for the hotel where good or the best location in Bangkok.I am really recommend here to be on of your hotel 's list. The food, the location, facilities etc etc. Everything was good.

The only criticism I have for the hotel is that they allow car parking in front of the disabled access ramp. Anyone wishing to access the ramp with a wheelchair wouldn't be able too.
