Great location, comfy hotel, good and flexible heating, in general really nice staff. Massages were quite cheap (on a 50% discount). Nice to have a TV with Netflix & Youtube to watch a movie. Overall a great hotel to relax but in a really nice and well-connected area.

Indoor pool was cold, and during winter we expected it to be warm so that was dissappointing. Also the new guest relations manager was super pushy asking us to write a review, made us uncomfortable. The staff was really nice and ordered a taxi for us to the airport but the taxi driver eventually overcharged us (not by much though, so still a positive considering the experiences we had with taxi drivers in the city!)

I loved everything at the property. I admire the professionalism of the management team. The take care of every single detail at the property. Beside the great work of the management, I loved the breakfast area and the team there is doing a great job, a big clap to the chefs. Furthermore, the house keeping staff were very good and sincere at their job, I can’t remember a single thing they forgot while cleaning our room for the whole 8 nights, even the coffee machine capsules were never skipped or forgotten (like other 4 star and sometimes even 5 start hotels). Yes, it is that specific! A clap to all the receptionists and the gate watchers. They were of great assistance at all times. I’ll say it again, such hotel success happens when there is a professional and hardworking management team behind all these sectors mentioned above. So a big clap to them.

I can’t think of anything really, but I’d love trying the hotel’s Turkish Bath and Spa. Unluckily, they were under renovations at the time of our stay.

When we first got there, we were not sure about the location of the place. However, once we explored, we quickly discovered that it was perfectly located to everything. The tram station is right outside like a 2-minute walk away. It has an entire block of restaurants and bars literally across the street. We found it so convenient for us, really. It's definitely a must book. It's close enough to everything one would want to be around. Next time we are in Istanbul we will definitely book this place. The room had great aircon which was needed as outside was really hot. Room has everything we needed. We didnt spent much time in the room anyways as we were always out and about. They also have a lovely rooftop restaurant with great views of the city.

Perfect location, rooftop and breakfast, and pretty calm and not noisy considering the location.

Just overall it wasn’t clean. In my room I had women hair in bathroom, around the soap / shower gel stationery, and there were two complimentary water, one of them was half empty. Also the shower area had hair. I stayed 2 nights in this room and second day although the room was cleaned the women hair in the stationary was still there. For such a nice hotel, they should be more careful. If it wasn’t for this I’d definitely give them 10 and I will for be back there if I know I’ll be guaranteed to stay in a clean room.

Public transport was a 2min walk,little convenience store 2min walk and Galata Tower 10min walk.Great location! Upon arrival I loved the styling and decor of the place and the staff were very accommodating,lovely and helpful.After travelling for 22 hours and arriving so early in the morning the staff were awesome in finding a clean and available room for an early check in.Very grateful

I wasn’t a fan of the red light in the elevator,thought it was a bit weird.The room I was in had everything I needed however just the shower was a bit small for me and the water kept going through the door seal that it wet the floor.

Nearly Everything we must say was Exceptional Nurcan Guest Relations for the Hotel is Great very helpful care about our comfort absolutely Amazing 😊 I must say the Hotel staff team are very good we felt very comfortable throughout our stay and felt safe and well looked after Location is very good local traditional food restaurants cafes and shopping facilities. The Spa Gym options are good & reception area lounge is nice to chilout relax have a read or coffee it as a very retro art feel to it & the Skybar on the 9th Floor boast good views Most Definitely 💯 100% will be returning 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

The Breakfast was ok more of a traditional style could be a bit more attentive though it’s decent & healthy being the most important

The location is excellent, you can walk anywhere in 30 minutes. We booked a balcony room and loved the large glass door. The bed was super comfy and the shower was strong. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

I didn't like that the bathroom had no door. I would prefer a door for privacy. Unfortunately the spa is letting the hotel down. The jacuzzi was broken for the duration of our stay and the spa staff were using the sauna and loungers in the spa as a rack to dry towels. If you are booking this hotel specifically for the spa facilities this is disappointing.

The hotel is amazing! Very clean, the staff are amazing and it’s very good value for money - especially with the budget room. Meryem at reception is very welcoming and approachable, even messaged us on WhatsApp during our stay to check we were okay, or if we had any issues. The hotel is spotlessly clean. There is a gym, sauna and steam room all guests can use. Breakfast was good, amazing view.

Not much! A few comments: The layout of breakfast needs to be changed because it’s very inefficient and quite frustrating. No more than 3/4 people can get food at a time. Lots of pushing and it’s not the best way to start the day! The room we had (202) is small but this was expected with the budget room. Our water did cut off for a short period on one of the days but this wasn’t too disruptive for us. Strangely there is a dog in a dog house with lots of dog poo just below the window of the room…quite sad to see it pacing back and forth all day and night. Not sure if the dog belongs to the hotel or not, but the amount of poo in the courtyard and distress of the dog is not nice to see.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. We had a balcony room with sea view on the seventh floor. There is only a partial sea view but it was still nice. The room had floor to ceiling sliding doors with access to the (small) balcony. The room was much nicer than we had expected, it was lovely to just sit there and look out through the large windows drinking a complementary cup of Nespresso. The room was spacious as was the bathroom with a good shower (although the green tiles in the bathroom seem a bit outdated). We did not include breakfast in our booking but we did try the breakfast on our last day. It was reasonable but I much more enjoyed trying one of the many breakfast places that were in the Karakoy neighborhood. However, the view from the breakfast area (9th floor) is great (sea view on one side and Galata tower on the other side). Karakoy is a very nice and lively area and you're very close to Galata Port as well. We enjoyed staying at this hotel!

The hotel shows some signs of wear and tear. The floor boards just in front of the bathroom were coming up (apparently some water damage) and there were tears in the wallpaper in the room. For us these were minor issues, especially since the room was clean.
