The location of the property is spot on for moving around the Town. There is a cafe on site which offers a 20% reduction on breakfast costs. There is also a bar and grill restaurant that serves large portions of any meal ordered. There was a booklet in the room with recommended things to do and see. I'm surprised there was no mention of the Lady Rose Marine services. If you want something different to do on a warm day, look it up on the Internet, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

On arrival at book in, the woman on reception made me feel as welcome as a frost in a garden centre in May. The movement of residents was very noisy even when they were trying to be quiet.

The breakfast from the restaurant downstairs was super affordable and delicious. The facility was lovely, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and had everything we needed for the time we were there.

We don't really have anything negative to say about our stay here. Everything was lovely. There was even free hot chocolate and coffee downstairs.

We used the hotel as a one-night stopover on our way to Tofino. Large parking in front, efficient check-in proces. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, and very clean. 2 restaurants in the same building. No breakfast buffet, orders from the menu only

Lacks a little bit of "personal touch", but that is OK if you stay only one night. The location of the hotel is a bit remote from the center of Port Alberni.

The breakfast was good. The place was easy to find. The pillows were great. There were ample electrical outlets.

The restaurant coffee was bad. The bathtub has a little lip at the wall end, so it was difficult to get out of the tub when taking a bath (nowhere to grip), but you need to get up to reach the soap & shampoo dispensers (too high to reach from seated in the tub).

Good vibes, comfy stay, family friendly. Sauna and pool were okay. Staff was friendly. Location was great.

Could be more facilities at this price. Only two water bottles per day for a family of 4 seems a bit off. I can buy a crate for $3 but I am looking for something from the hotel!

Breakfast was quite good and there was a large portion for value especially with the hotel patron discount. The waitress was friendly and kept our coffee topped up.

The hotel did specify that breakfast started at 6am but it actually was a little later than that which was not a huge inconvenience but we were on a bit of a short timeline so we noticed. The beds were comfortable, however one of our group slept on the sofa bed and it was terrible (they could feel the individual springs).

Very lovely staff, great beginning to our day in Stamps, your hotel is clean and the area your in is perfect. Continuing a trip from that corner is easy, your staff pointed the way to gas station and the highway. Thank-you so much to Anika for towels for comfort from Wendy and Tracy. Great stop off on the way to Tofino.

More like a business stop over than a holiday destination. If you need to be there for a function or just stopping over on the way to somewhere else it’s perfect.

Good location, very comfortable beds, AC works well, clean bathroom, nice coffee pods.

The meal was nice, but it took almost an hour to be ready. The waitress did tell us that they were serving a group of people so we had to wait longer but I think the restaurant manager should have had a back-up plan for guests who want to eat there. I saw some other guests were waiting for their meals as well.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily book again.

Quite expensive for a hotel, but overall we were happy with our stay.
