The room was lovely and spacious. Separating the two beds by a washroom is a great idea; it gives the feeling of two bedrooms. The bottled water and coffee machine were a nice touch. The live music in the restaurant was lovely.

It would be nice if rooms had a small sitting area where one could enjoy a glass of wine. The foyer's seating area is lovely; however, not being permitted to have a glass of wine to enjoy the space leaves few options. My work computer wouldn't connect to the internet, it would be nice to have a working computer space for those moments in the foyer.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Shuttle to airport was good as times of departure were written on a board at reception - so the journey could be planned.

We must have just missed a shuttle bus as had to wait 1/2 hour in the rain for the next one. No information about times of departure /frequency at airport. The hotel did not answer two emails prior to the stay about shuttle transportation.

The location was farther away than I thought, but the train was close so we enjoyed that. There were a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. All in all it was great. The room was outstanding clean and spacious. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as to how to get around the area. We really loved the hotel, great service, great breakfast great staff!

Not much, my only complaint was that it seemed far from downtown Vancouver, but that was me not researching it better.

We didn’t have an opportunity to take advantage of the breakfast due to our schedule

They clearly offered shuttle service to and from YVR however it was not available claiming it was not running due to employee contractual breakdown. When I asked for reimbursement for taxis to and from YVR I was informed the hotel was not providing vouchers or refunds! Very disappointing!

The room was beautiful, the location was central, and the staff were lovely.

The towels had hair and makeup on them. The staff promptly brought us new ones. There was a lot of loud hammering in the suite next to us. It took staff a while to respond to it.

I liked it served our need. Airport shuttle bus was good.

The check in counter was swamped with a large Spanish speaking family. There was only one check in person for a long time to deal with the family which was taking longer than it should have been.

Close to the airport with free shuttle.

Note that all their junior suite with 2 beds are straight accross from the elevator- and it is a pet friendly Hotel- so you can hear a neighbors dog bark at all time of the night…

Bar area was nice , and the rooms were comfortable

A crazy parking system where you have to check in before parking ? We didn’t but arrived at the car park to hotel door to find we couldn’t get in. Thankfully another resident came out of the door

The only issue I had was that the bathroom (tub) curtain had a damp smell.

In the center of Richmond, only takes eight minutes to walk to CF mall. It is very convenient to go to eat and close to the airport. The front desk is very friendly.

The cleaner forgot to give us towels, there were no towels in the room.
