I want to say on behalf of my wife and I, that when we arrived earl hours of Saturday morning, that Norm at reception was extremely helpful and was able to provide a room for us at that time. I had initially requested to stay on Saturday 19 but realized that my wife and I could not gain access to your hotel until Saturday 3pm as our flight from Vancouver would arrive in Winnipeg 2am. I then emailed your service manager Khrystyna Tiaglovska and applied for a day early book in Friday 18th. However somewhere in the communication the booking I had asked for was not confirmed. However, Norm came to the rescue and got my wife and I a room when we arrived early Saturday morning. Apart from this little misunderstanding, I found your staff very helpful, and my wife and I appreciated your facilities. Should we return to Winnipeg we would certainly come back and stay at your establishment and furthermore let others we know who would be looking for accommodation in Winnipeg, to book accommodation at your hotel.

Great location, lots of parking right outside entry. King suite was somewhat cramped, but had everything needed. Bed was very comfortable. No fan in bathroom. No pool at this hotel but we didn't miss it (went to Thermea Nordic spa). Great bar in hotel with 4 pool tables, many TV's, slot machines, and Great service. Amazing restaurant serving vietnamese/Thai cuisine. Breakfast buffet had lots to offer but food was just ok.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had a king bed with a sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious. The kitchen had a stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size fridge. It's like a mini apartment. Included is continental breakfast.

The bed wasn't comfortable. The shower didn't have a door, so the water was splashing out of the shower cubicle. But other than that, the room was great overall

The room is very clean and big, comfortable bed. Pleasant staff at the desk and the cleaning staff. Good location, there are bus stops near. Good food options around. 15 minutes by foot to Little Italy. Excellent WIFI. The exercise room was nice, has weights and bench for lifting, couple of treadmills.

Poor sound isolation, heard every door opening in the room next to mine. The door was creaking.

It’s a huge surprise this time as the room in which I was staying had a light bulb on the ceiling and another extra lamp Something I brought it up about room I was staying in previously didn’t had enough lights This shows they do take concerns / issues we bring to them seriously here and work towards a better solution Also, everything else here was great

It’s another great night! As opposed to bunch of reviews it’s very quiet in my own experience. I was going through bunch of stuff and staff onsite were able to offer help which made things lot easier. Would definitely wanna stop here for another trip down the road in near future

The location wasn’t where I thought it was but it was fine. Then the Breakfast was complete and full.

The reception was quite quick to tell a contractor that he’d need to go to McDonalds to go to the washroom! He was working there! It wasn’t because she was distracted and didn’t see him coming from the “staff only” door! I just thought that wasn’t in good taste.

Fantastic continental beakfast with lots of choices. Friendly staff and willing to assist with concerns. Room very up to date with very recent modifications and very clean. Plenty of parking spaces. Very close to downtown and several Restaurants within walking distance.

Lots of TV channels but unable to locate TV guide.

The location was perfect! The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered a nice selection and was quite satisfying. I also enjoyed dining at their restaurant, which featured a menu at affordable prices.
