Bed was comfortable!! Hotel was quiet during sleeping hours!

More personal care products as there was 2 of us and only enough for 1 --- good thing we brought our own!!! Breakfast was mediocre.

I enjoy it ..but I experience some racism with a India person who speit in the hot tub to prevent as from coming into the hot tube ...I noticed when we came in he left ..when we noticed the speit floating in. The tube we come out...he come back and took the speit out with his hand

The staff was not too friendly.

We spent a night there just before new year's eve. Check in was fast however we arrived early at the morning. The manager really helped in getting us a room so quicly. The hotel location is amazing. It is in the middle of everything. It has a paid parking ( $20 per night ). Please note that there will be a $50 security deposit that will be refended in 2 weeks or less. The room was nice and cozy. What I enjoyed the most is the terrace from it you can have a glimpse from the Niagara falls. But the room walls look thin, you can hear the room beside you ( or may be because we were in a connecting room ). It has a good wifi connection. It has a coffee machine. No microwave in the room. There is a small fridge as well. There is indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. What is nice in it that it is open from 10AM to 10PM. There is a gym as well. Breakfast buffet starts from 6:30 to 9:30 AM. It is a very short time as the serving place and seating are limited. You are given like 20 minutes seating time.. It has the most important stuff; scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, muffins, waffle maker, butter, jam, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, orange juice, etc. Everything was warm and tasty. It was a nice stay and my kids enjoyed it a lot. Even one of the kids left a thanks note to the hotel staff :)

- The AC/heater is making so much noise - The breakfast timing is very short to cover the seating shortage area and the small serving area of the breakfast - No towels holder beside the sink.

It was nice and I really liked the staff. The breakfast ladies on Sunday morning were just the sweetest and enjoyed having a conversation with them. And they were very helpful as well! Parking lot attendants 👏 it was cold, but they were on top of it. Helping people out, finding a spot. Kudos for working in the -15 it was that night. Cause it was windy!!

The hot tub was nice and hot but looks like it hadn't been cleaned ?... had a lot of floating flakes in there and same with the pool. Could just be the chemical/chlorine. Not sure.. But super warm in the facility, so it didn't make you feel uncomfortable. Bathrooms could use an update but nothing major wrong with the place!

I just like that they relocated us on our 2nd night coz we complained about the internet connection, they upgraded the room.

At our first night, we did not like the room, it smells, the worst part was, we did not have internet connection. They tried to help but nothing happened with the connection. No access the entire day. Our kids hated it. Also, we dont like that they headcount or check the name of guests every breakfast and they limit people to just eat for 20min, I understand its a small dining area, but they should not limit people with how much time we spend with eating. We also experienced comfort inn in the US but it was nothing like Canada’s Comfort Inn (Niagara area)- it was the worst. I dont think we will go back there. I think Comfort Inn in the US is way better, they did not do head count on breakfast. No time limit with eating, or using the table.

I was generously comped a free two nights stay. My meals being included and having a beautiful relaxing bath was all that I needed once arriving at my room! All three rooms of my suite had beautiful views of the front on the casino as well the falls. I was grateful for them having plenty of extra towels and bath salts for my soak! Luckily for me I didn’t have to fight through crowds and the check in was a breeze. Would definitely recommend a nice place for a quiet stay within the walks to all the fine shops and businesses next to the casino! The food at the falls deli had a nice big breakfast and the timmies downstairs was open all the time! A+

Dirty parking garages, No fridges in rooms!

I genuinely enjoyed how easy it was to book. The staff was extremely helpful with juggling our large family. We needed a cot and it was no extra coat. They brought it immediately. Breakfast is your basic continental and it's great. Simple and FREE. :) The balcony was a nice touch we didn't expect. Vinnys is next door and such a good place to eat. Great waiters and it's across the parking lot. Keep mind this hotel is at the other end of cluffton hill tourist area so we loved the pool to keep the kids busy. You really can't beat it for the price and location. There is an arcade that's about a 2 min walk and the casino is the next block over. Would recommend :)

It would be easier with 2 elevators, but that's just.cosmetic

This is a 3-star hotel, relatively clean despite being quite dated, with an occasional unpleasant smell in some areas. It has a good location, which is definitely a plus. Breakfast was the usual for this type of hotel: basic options, powdered eggs, pre-packed butter and jam, no vegetables, served in a cramped and overcrowded space, with a strict time slot for eating. They offer paid parking, which is rather expensive, and unfortunately, the practice of blocking a security deposit is still in place. In my case, the amount was blocked twice — once on the card used for the booking and again at check-in, when I presented a different card. The hold was only released nearly a month after the original reservation date, which was quite frustrating.

The beds were more comfortable than the last few hotels we stayed at, and they were all 4 stars. The room's heater was working perfectly, again better than others we have stayed at. I was very impressed. The breakfast was perfect, delicious and convenient, and the location was absolutely ideal. We were there for a dance competition, so our stay was short and time limited. The staff made sure everything was quick and easy, and my $100 deposit paid the day of checking in, was returned within 24 hours of checking out. Will be coming back here in the future.

Floor in the sink and bathroom area was a bit sticky.

It was centrally located, and near Niagra Falls. The breakfast was good, but there were a lot of people.

My room was on the first floor. we heard all the noise of people going to the pool, going to breakfast in the morning, and some kid banged on our door one night. We didn't know that we had to pay $30 a day for parking, until we left.
