The Family Room was perfect for me. I traveled with 3 children and myself. Clean and comfortable and we had enough room to move around in. The pool was just what the kids needed for the in between down time (they loved it) Breakfast was fine. The normal continental style and plenty to go around. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I missed a coffee machine and microwave in the room for a night time snack, however, they were available outside the room in lobby if you felt like going for a walk. I would of liked to try the restaurant on premises one night but it was closed on the nights I was there, and looking at the schedule it wasn't very accessible at all.

The walk to the Maid of the Midst or any huge attractions like the Cave of the Wind is so short! No more than a 23 minute walk. us New Yorkers walk everywhere so yes, that's a short walk. And if you're a fast walker, probably 15 minutes. The price we paid for 5 people, 2 days was very good! Wish we booked a lot more in advance so we could pay lower but hey, it is what it is. Breakfast could be improved: but for the price we paid, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt, oranges, and apples are fair to me. I'll take that over no food. When we first entered the hotel room it smelled like something but overtime the smell went away. It wasn't horrendous that we needed to get a different room. For the price we paid, along with breakfast, short distance to the main attractions, and needing everything it's a good place. No comments on the pool as we didn't use that facility. The bed was okay. When you're walking all day and get tired, you're body just goes to sleep.

Nothing to not like. The hotel served it's use. Breakfast in the morning and sleeping.

The hotel was close to the falls. About a 5 minute drive. For the price, the hotel was great! The breakfast was nice. They offered a good variety of foods and juices. My children loved it! The bathroom was well stocked with linens for my entire family, we didn't have to ask for more, which was great!

The pool was a little bigger than expected, but the water was ice cold. My children went in for about 10 minutes and when they got out, their faces were blue due to how cold the pool water was. They still enjoyed themselves, though, and kept asking to get in. Other than that, no complaints!

It was comfortable stay, location is close to fall around 10 mins walk and other attractions. It's the last hotel at the end of Rainbow boulevard road. Restaurant are close. Breakfast is good also.

check in time was very late i.e. 3 pm which is little late if you arrive early. As mostly travellers travel overnight and come in the morning in buffalo so it's very awkward to wait till 3 pm. Check out time is 11 pm so checkin time should be little early. No Muslim Showers in the washroom. So difficult to manage in washroom..

There was plenty of parking. The pressure of the shower was great and the pressure of the flush as well. The check-in process was smooth. 10-15 minutes of walkable distance to the Niagra State Park. I had perception of the receptionist being cold after reading the initial reviews but didn't find it so. The receptionist didn't say much and was reserved which might give the false notion of him being rude. Our family didn't it so.

Breakfast could have more/better options

Close to Niagara Falls state park entrance. You literally can walk from hotel to entrance within minutes. It was very family friendly. The staff was wonderful. If you needed anything, they were quick to help! Love that they offered free breakfast and an Italian restaurant was attached to the hotel. However, we didn't get a chance to try it this time, but it was packed. Rooms were clean and stocked with all the essentials. Which is a MUST have, especially when you're arriving late at night (we got in our room and it was clean, so that made for an easy transition) Overall decent place to stay and reasonable pricing with some perks included!

If you choosing them for the pool might want to rethink it. It was ice cold in July, like were talking 60 since the room is only heated and the pool isn't. However if you do a lot of walking it feels great to soak your legs in it ha... seriously freezing my kids only jump in once to swim after they walk so much and were hot and they didn't stay in long...

I liked that the room was spaced out and I loved how hot the water gets. I thank you for letting us book and stay although we are under 21

I didn’t like that there wasn’t good enough breakfast. We didn’t know if there was a washer and dryer or if there was I ice machine, and what mainly confused me was that the hotel has a “cafè” but it’s always closed

The girl at the desk at night (can't remember her name) with pink hair was awesome. She was our personal tour guide. Very friendly towards me and my 4 grandchildren.

The breakfast was minimal and not enough places to sit (we had to stand to eat our toast). Lots of good coffee tho...

The property was clean and in a good location (if you can walk) but not too far from everything to drive also.

I didn’t like the kids running around over my head in the evening when I was trying to rest. We were in the lower level of the hotel and could hear the kids running and playing. The parents could’ve been respectful of other guests.

Breakfast was great. The had a waffles maker, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee and oatmeal. The staff was very nice and helpful. They got us everything we needed immediately. Hotel had a inside pool which was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean. Not to mention you are within walking distance to Niagra falls. Great stay!

I don't have one negative thing to say about this stay.
