Checking in was great room was great spacious. I really like that you guys have a waffle maker. Your breakfast area is very well stocked and lots of selection. Maybe ore fresh fruit like blueberries, and strawberries

The walk from the pool to the rooms was long and cold. Also, when I ordered from shoeless Joe’s and took a picture of the free delivery, it didn’t ask me for my room information. I had to call in and ask them to deliver it. Maybe more information on how to get your delivery at the front desk before customers go into there rooms.

The room was great. Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Most of the kitchen staff was friendly. My children really enjoyed the salt water pool. I bought a basketball and we played a while on the outdoor court. There were 2 gas BBQs available by the court if one felt like grilling a steak. The gym was clean and set up to make it easy to get a workout done.

One female kitchen worker was rude about my wifes vested service dog being in the dining room. We stayed and ate anyway as we were legally entitled to do-but when our 3 daughters came down for breakfast, that same lady was looking at my kids as if she wanted to kill them. She didnt stop glaring at them until she saw my wife informing me of her behaviour. It was crazy. I let the front desk manager know. The fact that 2 out of 3 kitchen workers tried to tell us to remove our vested service dog who was registered with the hotel as well, from the dining area was a bit off putting. One would think they were aware of the law regarding this as the front desk was well versed on the rules.

Size of the room was great. Breakfast was nice and had good selection,

Shower dispensers for body ways were empty. Also there was a strange sound that we felt was in the walls that way annoying....we think it might have ben the flag pole just out side our room on the 4th floor that would hear the metal hitting the pole in the wind but not sure...had to turn on the fan to hide the noise.

Lots of choices. for breakfast - variety of breads. there are different kinds of cereals. there are apple juice, orange juice, fruits, so good for kids.

Neighbour complained about the noises my kids made. Then in the morning I could hear my neighbour's alarm. The sound-proofing between rooms can use some improvement, though not sure if this is possible. Also, pool could use more cleaning or change of water. The swimming pool smells so much of chlorine so my family didn't use it.

Everything about this hotel was close to perfect considering the price of the room. From the very moment we enter the hotel was clean and neat! We felt welcome by the friendly staff who checked us in. The room was clean and cozy but the bed could've been little more comfier. Their free breakfast was one of the best! It was fresh l, with lots of choices and were delicious. The staff responsible for breakfast were friendly and hard working. They also have a gym and pool which I didn’t have the chance to use.

I liked everything but if I nitpick and choose it would be the bed. The bed could’ve been comfier.

Linda is AMAZING and super accommodating. I love dealing with her and she is one of the main reasons your hotel is my first choice!

The breakfast options are the weakest part of the stay...I feel the breakfast used to be better and is slipping a bit in quality.

The best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel! As well, the breakfast crew were awesome! Beautiful lobby and eating area. Spacious and clean room.

Room was a little dated compared to rest of building. But still nice. Fridge was loud. Also some sort of a motor or fan outside our room was running all Night. Eventually Got used to it.

comfortable beds and spacious for a family of four. Kids loved the swimming pool, its shallow enough for 5 year olds and toddlers, clean too.

Breakfast was okay but needs a bit of improvement.

The front desk staff, cleaning staff and breakfast crew were all incredibly friendly. I called a few times to make requests/adjustments and was always met with a friendly representative more than willing to help. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The pool felt pretty slimy/dirty. Given that the kids wanted to stay in there all day, this wasn’t a great feeling. Both myself and my son got a big rash the evening after swimming.

The powder room sink in my suite was a well lit place to get your look together.

Honestly, the business desk in the middle of the suite was a hazard once all the lights were off.
