Very clean, nice contemporary decor, comfortable bed, and quiet room despite location close to highway/lots of guests at the hotel. Appreciated the pool and hot tub, though the pool itself is very small. Location has pros and cons: not a picturesque area immediately around hotel but it was a great landing place for a local wedding and had excellent amenities adjacent (Denny’s, Moxies, Walmart). If you head on the other side of the highway there is a nice waterfront strip with activities for all ages, including trails, miniature golf and a waterpark (which was not open yet when we were there). Very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping.

If I had to nitpick, there were a lot of little flies/midges that seemed to have found their way into the room. We noticed them as soon as we arrived. I couldn’t leave a cup of coffee or a piece of fruit uncovered without flies landing on it or drowning in my drink. Probably just the time of year and proximity to water, but was a bit annoying. The sofa bed was a great option for us with our kids but like most sofa beds not the most comfortable mattress.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, my son wanted a hotel stay for his birthday, the staff went over and beyond to help us celebrate our son’s birthday! They were soo kind, and helpful! The rooms were nice! My 3 kids aged 2,6 and 9 slept on the sofa bed perfectly fine. Moxies and Denny’s is attached to the hotel and accessible through the inside. Walmart and dollar tree was in the same plaza which came in handy. We were in the kind suite with pull out and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a stove top, mini fridge, sink and large microwave

The pool could be bigger, but they should also have a few life jackets on deck just incase. The hot tub was kind of dirty also the complimentary coffee and tea ran out before 10am breakfast is not included.

Convenient location. Perfect for trips to Niagara Falls and surrounding areas. Great beds. Spacious room. We stayed 5 nights and had a room with a sofa and comfy chair. Stores nearby. Restaurants nearby as well. Front desk staff were great. I would stay here again.

Pool was really small. Wouldn’t be good for kids to play in. Hot tub was wonderful though!!

The hotel is extremely clean and organized. Reception is very open with friendly staff. Room was incredible with nice, clean bed. Great bathroom with big shower head in the ceiling (I am 6ft tall, and I always struggle with short shower heads. I didn't struggle this time). The hotel is very close to a Walmart (3 min walk) if you need anything. you can also find a nice restaurant/bar and a brunch place right beside the hotel.

The shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of plugs and USB ports. The pool was a nice tepid luke warm. The hot tub itself was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hot tub wasn't super hot, would have liked a little more heat. Also having to hit the button every 15 minutes was a little first world problem annoyance. The table in our room was extremely wobbly and the television only had cable, couldn't stream anything to it.

Really clean and definitely worth the price House keeping service was excellent The location was really nice (a lot of stores and restaurants around for convenience)

The pillows were really bad as in they weren’t comfortable :/ there were too many tiny flies in the bathroom

Clean, comfortable and quiet. I also liked the option of choosing "refresh amenities only" or "refresh room" by placing a tag on the door. It felt less wasteful than full service daily. Also enjoyed visiting the nearby Moxies for dinner and /or drinks.

A few things were dirty, like the wall in the bathroom had toothpaste all down it and the iron in the room had something melted to it. So not the usual things you would clean everytime but it makes you wonder what else was missed.

Second time staying there and it's always clean that's why we came back

Decided to stay another night and wasn't a great sleep as the fire alarms started going off which woke my family including my young baby. So needless to say very tired today. Also there were 2 drawers in my room that opened and stayed open even if you closed them.

Great Location, pool was clean and nice, lobby was clean and attractive, good restaraunts! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Overall great visit!

The showers are kind of annoying. The taps are weird and water goes all over the floor regardless of the shower curtain. Not a deal breaker by any means... literally everything else was fantastic!
