The rooms were immaculately clean! The bed was perfectly comfortable, the pillows were luxurious. Everything about it was perfect!

The bathroom lighting was very dim. And the smell of the handsoap was very "cheap old man." But everything else was fantastic! **PARKING** My truck (F150) was too tall to fit in the regular underground parking, so I had to park behind, in the taller part of the garage. Then I took the grocery store elevator at the garage entrance up into the mall, walked straight past the stores until I saw the hotel lobby and went in. Later in my stay I realized there's a smaller elevator in the hotel lobby (located behind the elevators that take you to your room) which will take you directly to the regular parking garage. A short walk to the other end of the garage took me back to the taller portion at the grocery store parking entrance.

The facility and room were spotless. Yhe staff was friendly and efficient.

As a Bonvoy member, I was under the impression that a members lounge would be available to me but I was informed at check-in, that it was reserved for only "elite" members. The perk of having access to a lounge was one of the reasons I chose to become a member - and why I chose Sheraton Hamilton for this stay.. I did not realize that I needed 'status' to have that amenity offered.

Overall great hotel, no complaints! It is a good option for a short holiday.

Underground parking is not free. We were not told that this was paid, and that was came as a surprise at check out. Not a deal breaker, but I would have expected guest parking to be included. The surrounding area unfortunately, is overrun with homeless people. They don’t give you trouble, but it’s not the safest feeling in general.

We were attending a dance competition at the convention centre and found it very convenient to access both buildings via the pedestrian walkway. Also nice to have an onsite restaurant and Starbucks. The pool was clean and warm.

The bed was huge, the room was clean, the staff were extremely helpful and we loved having access to ice and a fridge. Overall one of the most comfortable stays I've had.

The safe and iron were not working initially but this would have been resolved for us if we'd needed.

This hotel was hosting the conca champion cup.The staff was friendly and they did everything in their power to make us feel at home. Patricio de Manager was always working with all the guess needs no matter what time of the day it was.

Unfortunately the bar close early and they did not organized any particular event after the winners won the game. Hopefully in the future they host this teams and celebrate with them.

The Room was lovely - clean, well put together & comfortable The bed was so comfortable and I liked the coffeemaker for The morning. The bathroom was lovely & spacious with all the amenities needed

There was nothing I did not like. I think the hotel was well put together and Well maintained I did not go to the restaurant this time as I had other plans however I liked that the Starbucks was so handy

When we arrived we were really exhausted and needed a nice room with great facilities to recharge. The check in person listened and gave us an upgrade without our asking. Things continued to go well and we were able to easily access food and drink the immediate area. Comfortable room with wonderful amenities.

Dean and Michelle were superb in the restaurant. They are excellent ambassadors for your hotel. Closeness to the concert hall.

It was all good.

Comfortable, nice linens, clean room. Quiet, well-maintained, polite staff, close to amenities, excellent room service. I was spending days at hospital so this was a nice oasis.

As with many slightly older hotels, smoky smells in the hallways.
