I LOVED the free breakfasts!!!! Normally hotels offer pretty unhealthy options; but Towneplace offered fresh eggs, yogurts, quiches, fresh fruit, etc, every morning for FREE ontop of a 24hr free coffee bar. It was amazing. The housekeepers were so so sweet and friendly! Shannon went above & beyond to make sure our stay was amazing!

The showers LOL I think it must be a design flaw... half of the shower wall is glass and does not move, and half is just completely open; when the shower turns on it immedietly sprays out onto the floor... thats really the only complaint!

Breakfast was nice (keep in mind it's continental), pretty much what we expeected, and the staff is really helpful - for example, we had forgotten to ask for a crib and we quickly got one the next day. The premises are really clean. The room was really spatious and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was really quiet and bonus, the room was actually dark in the morning (awesome curtains)

They really wrap it up in the morning at 9am or 9h30am sharp. Generally speaking it's a bit early for vacation :) The pool was not working but that was temporary. They oppened it sadly the day we left - it however looked nice and clean.

Good value and ideal location for exploring by car, There is no bar or restaurant but a 1 min walk across the parking lot is Shoeless Joes Sports Bar & Grill, very nice, they also have a patio area with 2 BBQ grills for guest use.. Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. There is a nice buffet breakfast, The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate.

Our view wasn't great, but that said I wasn't in the room much, lots to do in that general region

The variety and option. The grab to go was such an awesome idea. It’s offer healthy breakfast. Love the fresh fruits, yogurt and the hot drinks of choice. It was really nice to have this option on our food. The room, the bed, the bathroom and shower is just perfect. There’s a kitchen and utensils as well. It was the most comfortable place I have ever been in all my travels. The staff are awesome.. thank you Nicolai… you’re the best of the best for making our stay the most comfortable and awesome experienced in Hamilton.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

It was well maintained and there was parking and access to the bldg from every side once we got our room key.

The property was in a bit of a crowded area surrounded close by with commercial businesses. The front of the property was not next to the street so had to drive around to find the front.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Without exception, pleasant, helpful, patient and completely service-oriented. I also appreciated that it was possible to clean the room without scent though scent in the lobby was very strong.

One of the shampoo/body wash bottles fell off the bathroom wall into the tub while I was asleep and it was incredibly loud and jarring.

The hotel was extremely clean. I've never had a quieter stay at any hotel in North America. The location was very close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were friendly.

It was slightly more expensive than I am used to paying. But given the surrounding hotels were all priced similarly, I feel we got our money's worth.

The room was great and spacious. Can't hear any noises from the hallway and we were by an elevator. The service of the young lady working the morning breakfast station was far above average, she went above and beyond.

The cleanliness of the pool seemed sub standard

Breakfast was convenient and provided variety. Coffee was fabulous. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. All facilities were very clean. The surrounding area is very busy but this location is convenient for us.

Shoeless Joes is the closest restaurant (in the same parking lot) but they have terrible food. I recommend venturing further to better restaurants.

The room was very clean, modern, tastefully decorated and by all appearances, new.

There were feather pillows in my room, I was pretty sure of it when I woke up in the night, completely stuffed up. I called the front desk in the morning and a gentleman confirmed it.
