Breakfast was pretty good. Liked keyless entry. Rooms were pretty sound proof. Front desk staff were wonderful. The girls in the dining area were nice too! I love that breakfast was included and free shuttle service to the airport and back.

That I forgot my bathing suit! Lol. I think it would be helpful to have one of those machines that a ship has. It has things like tylenol advil, gravol.etc. my grown adult daughter got a migrane and was sick. So we had to take a special trip to a drugstore for medication. Things that you could put in are things like over the counter medications, deodorants, aftershave, mini hair sprays, toothpaste, mouth wash etc.This would be very helpful. Cost us $30 in taxis to get 2 tylenol.

The property was very clean, central to many restaurants the airport. It was a short drive away to the parliament building about 20 minutes. Overall easy location to get in and out of town to.

The only disappointment we had was the breakfast. we like the hotels that include the breakfast but it seems like someone at corporate had a brilliant idea to serve turkey sausage. I use the name loosely because it was basically sliced up hotdogs The things my kids love as a special treat when we are away. Is the breakfast sausage typically at these breakfasts. so please if anybody is listening please bring those back.

The location and everything was super clean. The staff are super nice. It came with breakfast.

We stayed in a King suite and the TV was not at the end of the bed. It was at the side of the room. If there was any other rooms available, I would’ve asked to switch. It’s just not ideal for like watching TV at night or anything like that, so just a layout of the room was not great for me. Some of the furniture in the room looked like it had a lot of wear and tear in it or on it.

It was a very comfortable, clean, and accommodating experience. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff was marvelous.

A family of 3 that thought is was ok for them to take a chair from an elderly, handicapped man and his wife when they went up to get their breakfast together. They saw them sitting there first. It was not the hotel's fault but I just thought I would mention it in the event it may make some people think before they do things like that. Maybe see if the accommodating staff can help you find a kinder solution. We invited them to our table and they were so grateful.

Breakfast had various options both hot and cold. Room was clean and big and efficient heating given the harsh cold it was. The heating worked very well. ample parking space. The best part id SMS based interaction with reception to sort out any issues related with your stay

It is a little far from main city or activity places so need to plan the time of travel in the planning although traffic is not very bad and very smooth

Everything was spotless clean, the facilities were excellent for the price tag. The staff was very welcoming. We loved the room, it was surprisingly spacious and the bed was huge!

The breakfast was very underwhelming, the quantity was not the problem and the staff kept replacing whatever got empty quickly, but the limited options and the quality of the ingredients was a big let down. And 0 fruit options!!

Location was very good. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were helpful and helping people who were stuck in getting some items.

Everything was good except the bathroom of our room. There was no exhaust. It was very quickly becoming humid and smelly due to we all utilizing the bathroom. We have a small kid who keeps going to bathroom so had to keep it closed and the air inside bathroom had no place to leave. This must be taken care of

Great location. Lot of parking available and free of charge. The breakfast was fine, but we really liked that it was served until 10 a.m. Several amenities available, such as a laundry room, gym, and pool. The room was clean and well soundproofed.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Check in was smooth and fast. Staff were polite and friendly.

I was checked into a handicapped room. I must have chosen it through Booking.com by mistake. I was told that the hotel was booked for the night so the girl at the front desk said she couldn't move me. Yet when I was checking in there were two men that walked in off the street and they were given a room? I have issues for two reasons. One, I don't like taking an accessible room from someone that may need it and two the foyer of tiles in the room smelled badly of dirty mop bucket water. I was unimpressed to say the least.

water pressure in shower was awful very loud in the hallway - every door closing sounded like a slam
