Nice clean property. We enjoyed our stay here and loved the overall layout of the room. The included breakfast and free parking was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also not too far from grocery stores and restaurants (a few minutes drive) so that was also nice.

Though we appreciated the included breakfast. We thought the items on the menu and quality of the food could be improved. It would have been nice to have some Halal meat options, and juice that was not from powder (the orange juice tasted like it was Tang) Another minor issue was just the layout of the bathroom. When we travel we prefer to have the sink near the toilet and not outside the bathroom but I guess that is not something easily changed. Ideally bidets would be something nice to be introduced to hotels here.

Me and my family and I enjoyed every bit of the hotel. The customer service was excellent. The facility was top-notch. The facility, i must say, was extremely clean, and that was number one for us. They did not joke around with hygiene and cleanliness of every corner of the hotel. We loved it and definitely will come back.

Everything was superbly excellent. The breakfast didn't have enough varieties, but it was still ok.

The room was beautiful, very spacious & very clean. It had all the amenities you could ask for an more (full-sized fridge, 2 burner stove top, & dishwasher!) The included breakfast was also great (hubby had a second helping omelet & bacon, & raved about the potatoes) (If that's not your thing, there is a Starbucks, an A&W, & a Tim Hortons, as well as a gas station just across the parking lot) We weren't there long enough to make use of it unfortunately (single night's stay to catch a flight), but were super impressed & excited about the mini-golf on site; definitely on the list for next time Location was perfect for us as it was only 5mins drive to the airport (yet very quiet)

The bed was quite comfortable, but hubby barely slept due to allergies (either the bedding itself, or laundry soap🤷🏼‍♀️, but he sneezed & coughed all night) (Just something for those w sensitivities or lung issues to possibly keep in mind)

Lovely place, the room is clean and big with a well equiped kitchen. All necessary stuff is in the room, we like it ! The place is very calm even if it is near the airport! We also like the free parking. Breakfast is good and the menu is changing everyday! Staff is very kind and helpful. We will come again 🙂👍🏻

Small improvements can be added during the breakfast : more dried fruits like almonds, gogi, and fresh red fruits like strawberries, blueberries and rapsberries with the waffles. Also that would be so nice if pancakes can be added too 🙂. That would make it so perfect 🔥

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of different options! Good location for EY centre if you have a car or the weather is good (it's a short walk). Good transit access for other places in the city, just not the EY centre! Rooms were quite, clean and comfortable, one-bedroom suite was very spacious.

Public transit options to EY centre. Not a lot of things to do in the immediate area of the hotel.

The hotel room was immaculate. Nice hot shower and comfy bed. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff were excellent and super friendly and polite

Unfortunately, we were placed on a floor with a kids soccer team and their guardians left the floor and the kids were running rampant (screaming and yelling and running up and down the hallway riding in a laundry cart that had been left out in the hall). It was complete mayhem.

perfect for our family, we were 3 adult and 2 toddlers, and we fit largelly in the room. the kitchen inside the room is well equiped for making small meal. the leanving room is pretty big too and the bedroom with the 2 beds are large. bathroom was clean. the pool was perfect for us. we were the only one using it the 2 times we went there. and the odor of chlorine is light enough so we are not troubled by it.

i found the bed too soft, but it's just my taste. still we slept well. rooms could have been a bit more soundproof, from time to time we could hear the people in the room above walking and running.

Friendly and very helpful staff, great breakfast, cleanliness of the suite, free airport shuttle service.

It would have been nice to have black out curtains/blinds in our suite for a more relaxing sleep. Aside from that , it was a perfect stay.

Location wasn't too far of a drive to where we needed to be for a music festival, it was in a safe area, parking was free and the rooms were perfect for a longer stay.
