The hotel and room was very clean and staff was helpful. We had to leave a day earlier and even though the stay was unmodifiable, the hotel accomodated us. Free coffee and hot chocolote was a nice bonus.

The pool and fitness center had to close for maintenance until September starting the week we were there. We were not informed of that through Booking. We even asked the question to the hotel if the pool was opened through Booking and we never had any answer. Booking was only mentionning the hot tub was closed, note the whole pool and fitness center. That was very disappointing to our family.

It was a nice place clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Perfect location for what we were in the area for.

Quite pricey for one night stay. I wish that the amenities were more clearly outlined- if and when breakfast was. It breakfast not included then is there brekafast options at the hotel. Was there a pool if so where and what hours. The toilet in our room didn't flush very well. It took at least 2 flushes to reset fully. Otherwise lovely place. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Toronto for three nights and was very satisfied with my experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the air conditioner worked well. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was great as I had my little buddy with me. Housekeeping did an excellent job, cleaning the room daily. One of the nice touches was the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby every day, and the room also had a coffee maker for added convenience. The location was also excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance, including a Persian one. Unfortunately, the pool and gym were closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Since I rented a car, I didn't use public transportation, so I can't comment on its proximity to the hotel. However, overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for anyone visiting Toronto.

Location is perfect. Close to many dining options. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and gym area was clean! Plenty of parking around the hotel. Would recommend this spot to family and friends. We will certainly stay here again if in the area.

If I had to pick apart our stay, the ONLY thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the shower. I was really poor/not strong. That would be the only thing that could be improved.

Room was beautiful, service was absolutely incredible. Felt very upscale for the price paid. Lesser hotels would have cost more.

We were in a double queen room. There was only a bedside table in between the beds, so as the person sleeping on the outside, I didn't have anywhere to put a drink or my phone or anything. Also, being on the 6th floor, water pressure wasn't great. Toilet was slow to flush, shower was mediocre. These are very finicky complaints, however and did not really affect our satisfaction or enjoyment of this awesome room.

The staff were helpful, considerate and professional. The room was spacious and clean.

The curtains in the room did not meet in the middle allowing for some light pollution. The coffee at breakfast was not my favourite. While these were not my favourites they were very tolerable.

No need to buy the breakfast included. The restaurant in the lobby offers different options for a very good price. There are different restaurants around hotel (next to the hotel parking)

Decent breakfast food. Value breakfast menu.

Not enough waitresses to serve guests and get bill fast during busy hours.

The location closes to my workplace and there are restaurants nearby

If come for leisure and without a car, the accessibility and location may not convenient . No super market close by

This facility is newer and very well-maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the location is very accessible. The common areas were also updated and clean.

We were disappointed by the hot tub being inoperable during our stay, although in all fairness we did receive a notification that it was closed prior to our departure (with an offer to cancel/reschedule if desired). We found the pool water and room to be too cold to really enjoy. That being said, the changing rooms, fitness center, and pool area in general were updated and spotless. The breakfast offering felt limited. Being a paid (and relatively expensive) offering, the options and portions seemed limited for the cost. The food itself was very good, but if I were to visit again I'd be inclined to seek breakfast outside of the hotel.
