Very expensive parking, $38 +tax ! Already saw few reviews for expensive parking but the hotel management don't care. 4 star hotel and no liquid soap . cheaper motels use liquid soap,it's 2025 . Fridge- no frizer area ,need for travelers. Need to do something about the smell ,in the lobby Indian restaurant all the smell all over the flors(was on 19 floor and still felt the smell)

I enjoyed staying in this Hotel with my family very much. The size of the room was perfect, much bigger then normally you see in the Hotel of this caliber. The ambience was pretty, I like the water fountain and decor of the Lobby. It was easy access to the next door Cafe - enjoyed having breakfast there very much. Location was the best, we walked everywhere - to museums, shops, restaurants, everything in walking distance. The beds very very comfy, spacious , bathroom was very big and clean, a big closet was very helpful to keep the luggage away from your eyes, making room look neat and well- organized furniture with everything you would need.

It is hard to find anything to complain about , but just as a suggestion maybe, in the bathroom I would need a soap dish. And if someone used having a complimentary breakfast in Best Western Hotels, just be aware, it is not a complimentary.. But the food is excellent.

I loved that it was right in the center of the city. Restaurants were close by. There is a coffee shop and Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. I ate at both and the food was incredible; especially at the Indian restaurant!! My room was way bigger than I expected. The valet was nice and super accommodating.

Complimentary breakfast was not offered. I honestly didn't like the fact that I couldn't access my car whenever I wanted bc the valet took the car across the street to a garage.

Well I call the manager about my situation for the breakfast I have a chronic pancreatic ‘ when I saw the buffet for 20$ there was nothing I could eat there ‘ so I had to get out of the hotel to have breakfast. The manager told me me next time I booked again to call for my situation for my breakfast. And what we went through of Covid we are picki to choose hotels going to your hotel was very good except my situation’ but i will go back anytime’ thank you

Although the hotel is not anything fancy a modern or new but the room was really clean the bed was comfortable . The big problem was there was no blackout curtain in the room and everyday I woke up at 5.30 because of that. This was first time ever I saw this in a hotel room and believe me I have been in many of them all over the world.the price also compare to the facilities little too expensive. The location is great and overall good experience.

The room and location of the hotel was perfect for a two-night stay. I attended an event at the Bell Centre and the walk back was a bit long, but that was due to construction cutting off Peel St. I was able to walk everywhere to shop, but the Metro stations are close by too.

I didn't pay extra for breakfast. My short trip was too busy for me to plan lunch and dinner ahead of time. But the hotel restaurant does offer room service, which I didn't take advantage of. Lots of nearby restaurants close early in the evenings, or weren't open at all on Saturday.

Location was great. Staff was great. Room was clean, equipped with some amenities. Check-in and check-out were smooth. A good budget choice in an area of town where there are lots of hotels. I remember when yours opened in 1967 as the Sonesta. Quite fancy then, with a garden patio café.

I wish there had been another comfortable chair in the room, not just the desk chair. The in-room coffee and tea were terrible, especially the creamer! Yuck. I had trouble getting the TV to work (low battery in the remote). It's great that Best Western took it over, and they've obviously decided to go down-market. They've done a good job except for a few details.

The front desk gentleman on the afternoon shift was most helpful answering our questions about the city. The housekeeping staff looked after all our needs during the stay. We felt like being at home while away from home. An exceptional experience for us.

When one is privileged to be looked after by people who take their responsibilities to heart, what is there not to like?

The staff is absolutely marvelous. Everyone at the front desk, from Garo, and Elizabeth, to Samuel; all of them went one step further than they needed to, to make sure I had an absolutely amazing stay. They accommodated my requests for housekeeping even after hours, they also excitedly helped me with my Halloween costume in the middle of the night. I will definitely be staying here when I return next.

There was nothing not to like. Perhaps, if I must point something out, maybe the rooms could use bigger windows. I stayed on the 15th floor, and didn’t really get to appreciate the view because of the smaller windows. But that is entirely an architectural issue. The services and the staff are amazing.
