My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic — central, convenient, and within easy reach of everything you’d want to explore in the city. What really stood out were the incredibly spacious and comfortable beds — perfect for a restful night after a day of walking and sightseeing. The hotel also offers excellent wellness facilities. The gym was well-equipped and modern, and the sauna provided the perfect way to relax and unwind. From comfort to location to amenities, this hotel delivered on every level. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Competent, friendly, and polite staff. Spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds and a variety of pillows to choose from. Breakfast: the best freshly baked croissant in all of Montréal. Great location. .

• No amenities provided. • Shower with only a fixed showerhead, no handheld option. 2 meters high… • Long hair completely soaked every day. • I requested a shower cap at reception for two days, but it was never provided. • Quite surprising for a four-star hotel. • A lot of street noise, poor soundproofing.

Spacious, light and good location. Good TV so we could watch USOpen. AC was quiet and worked well.

We stayed for 6 nights. Bed is very comfortable but sheets are not cotton but this cheep microfiber, sleeper sofa in the living room not very comfortable for seating, housekeeping comes to clean late in the afternoon ( 4-5pm) where we are already trying to relax after long day. On few occasions we just requested trash pickup and fresh towels bc they can’t clean your room or make your bed while guests are inside! We ran out of soap in the shower. On the day of packing I realized that my nice Lulu wrap was missing. I reported a theft and was told that they will investigate, that it never happened before, bs.

The location was great for many restaurants, the metro, underground city and many of the sites. Old town is a little hike but we jumped on the “hop on and hop off” trolley for two days. The airport drive was under 30 minutes. We had a big corner room with huge windows and it was very nice! The hotel was actually quiet on our floor.

Most holiday inns have a free breakfast but this one didn’t. The hot tub was not working which was a bummer. We had a weird noise from the bathroom sink that got quite annoying. Good thing we had a sound machine for sleeping to drown the noise out.

All went well and as expected. Staff is very Friendly. Food is delicious at the restaurant and a free food coupon was offered to our kid for every meal. Parking is available in the underground. Beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect, right next to a metro station.

Few important points: 1- The deposit on check in can be only paid by a CREDIT CARD and no Debit cards. 2- The Sauna is out of service due to maintenance 3- the Jacuzzi is just hot water, no bubbles. 4- The parking costs around 40 CAN after tax per night, wish is a bit expensive, but you can park from 2300 till 0800 on the side road next to the hotel for free.

No toiletries in bathroom, one has to go systematically ask at reception, that is not acceptable when paying $250/night. Daily clean up was not great. The fact that when booking through booking.com, room choice is actually not guaranteed. So if I had to do it again, i would book directly with the hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city, surrounded by numerous restaurants, a church, and a park, and it was clean throughout our stay.

The hotel was expensive, and breakfast was not included despite being informed by the front desk that it would be. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room, the AC was slow and made nights uncomfortably hot, and the laundry area lacked laundry detergents or pods, which were also unavailable in the small on-site store.

Excellent location in downtown Montreal, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of Old Montreal. The room was spacious, with two comfortable queen beds, and was clean and well-prepared upon arrival.

The water pressure was quite low in both the shower and the sink, which was disappointing. Also, housekeeping services were only available upon request at the front desk — something I found unusual for a hotel of this type.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Everything was really nice, the gym and the pool were excellent. Rooms big and comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the lounge area on the 2nd floor to play some games with the family.

The coffee machine in the room still made drip coffee. A “proper” coffee machine somewhere in the house would be an additional touch. But we’re nitpicking here…

The property is luxurious with exceptional staff. The view from my room was beautiful, and the bathroom was tidy with bright Hollywood lighting. The hotel is extremely accommodating, offering early check-in of 1-2 hours at no extra charge. We checked-out the next day, and we were able to leave our car in the parking lot until 5 PM without any additional fees after our afternoon shopping! The hotel is located in a great downtown area, with everything you need within walking distance. I will definitely re-book with this hotel. Thank you to all the friendly staff!
