Le Westin Montreal is in a superb location if you’re spending a weekend in the city. It was walking distance from several neighborhoods and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and clubs. The staff is polite, respectful, and quick to answer questions and with their service. We visited the pool almost every morning and enjoyed the ability to perform a water-circuit session using their dry sauna, cold plunge pool, and hot tub. The hot tub could definitely be hotter but we’re assuming was kept luke warm to be family friendly! We would recommend staying at this property.

On arrival our room had a few flies lingering around. We didn’t think too much of it at first so just made house keeping aware in the morning as we left for the pool. On return from the pool we noticed additional flies on the walls and our bathroom. Before leaving the hotel to start our day we made the front desk aware of the situation and asked if a thorough clean could be performed. On return we noted our room was untouched and the flies persisted. I decided to take pictures and discussed the issue for the third time with the front desk, this time with picture proof. We were finally taken seriously and our room was changed.

I love Montreal and come frequently. I like to try different places sometimes. This was on my list for a long time. Finally I went. I got a great room with a super view of the South Shore on the 22nd floor. The room was spotless. The bed was super comfortable. There were ample places to store things. The bathroom was lovely....great shower! I liked that there was water in the room as well as water downstairs free. I loved the robes....so comfy. I only encountered one staff on check-in and he was marvellous. The pool was very different. I love that there was a cool plunging tub and a hot tub as well as a pool and sauna. There are also fabulous places to sit in the pool area.

The location was great, walking distance to Old Montreal, Notre Dame, and a lot more great attractions. The room was huge and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We were able to sleep well because it was quiet, and beds were more than enough for a family of four like us. Check-in and check-out were both fast, and they even allowed us to check in earlier than what was stated in the booking details. Parking was also very convenient for us because it is a valet only, so we do not have to find a spot. For us, it would be a hassle if we had to do it for ourselves after a long drive. You have to pay for the parking, but in my opinion, it is worth it.

A few amenities were missing, like slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Maybe we are just used to other hotels we previously stayed in that provide that kind of stuff. We are also expecting it from them considering the price that we paid.

First off, we were permitted to check in at around 1:30 (rather than 3:00). I am always grateful when a hotel is able to get you in upon arrival! The room was clean, spacious, and in line with the quality I would expect from the Westin brand. The location was good--situated easy walking distance to both Sainte Catherine St. and the Old Town Montreal. Beautiful view of the Old Town and the river from our 20th floor room.

Went to visit the pool (this was on a Monday afternoon around 7:00PM). There was a sign crudely taped to the door that read "The pool is at full capacity." No staff was present monitoring comings and goings to coordinate either when this capacity was no longer reached or how long some guests may have been spending there. Pool area appeared to be overrun with small children as well. Was really hoping to check it out--it looked great, but didn't like that it was essentially closed.

Very nice, clean, comfortable Deluxe room, appreciated the complimentary water bottles and coffee in the room. You can cast from your phone to their TV which is also nice. Right across from Palais des congres which was great easy access to old Montréal, subway, entertainment and Chinatown

Pool area was neat but a little snug for the size of the hotel as when we arrived we had no seat available, or space to leave our things. Breakfast was pricey.

Le Westin was in the perfect location to explore Montreal! My sister and I had a wonderful time walking through the beautiful city scattered with thoughtful green spaces and stunning architecture. The food scene in Montreal is incredible and returning to Le Westin at the end of a long and adventurous day was comforting. The staff was welcoming and the room was clean- truly a wonderful stay!

The only issue we ran into during our stay was with parking on the first night. When booking our stay I read that there is hotel parking. However, due to a travel delay, we arrived at Le Westin past 12am. We found out that the parking garage was closed for the night and we had to find parking elsewhere. This ended up being a little stressful for us because most of the parking garages were closed already and it was our first time in this city. After driving around in a few circles we found the embassy suites parking garage was still open!

Excellent location it 300m walk away from Norte Dam Basilica and walkable distance to downtown, old Montréal port , China town Parking is vallet it is expensive around 45 cad. Per night but honestly it is okay given it compete hassle free and multiple entry exit

We had booked a superior king room for 4 adult and 1 kid it comes with a sofa bed which is not comfortable the springs on the mattress are noisy and it pokes you

It’s located in the middle of old Montreal and downtown Montreal so everything was walking distance. Lots of food choices around. The rooms were large and spacious and the beds comfy. Housekeeping service was great! We liked the covered driveway too.

For the price, they should renovate/update the rooms as it is outdated. Breakfast isn’t included in the price too :(

the bed was super comfy. we were here for a convention at palais du congress, it was literally across the street, i didnt even need a jacket in february.

the shower was showing its age a bit, and the showerhead was not great for washing hair. the silicon around the base of the shower had some black areas with silverfish coming out.

The location, and stall was excellent. The bed was super comfortable. Good advice from staff about a parking app for street parking. Cleaning staff very accommodating. Excellent server at dinner.

Maintenance -light bulb needed replacing, sink slow to drain, unable to change tv to English without help of maintenance staff “ needed to choose francais”, also needed help with thermostat. General info brochure not helpful would prefer a brochure about the specific hotel we were staying in. eg location and timing of pool ,fitness and restaurant etc
