Super comfy spacious room, plenty of storage for clothes, items and cases. Nice bathroom too. Liked the purifier and ice machine on the floor next to the lift.

Only 3 lifts and it took soooo long to get down in the morning. Like 20 minutes plus...

The location of the hotel is exceptionally strategic. The rooms are clean, and the staff, including housekeeping, are friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the laundry service. You won't go hungry with a 24-hour restaurant on the next block and a 24-hour convenience store nearby for any necessities. Additionally, there's a Starbucks right next to the hotel entrance and the Myeongdong Cathedral within walking distance. We will certainly visit again.

We specifically chose the Myeongdong location and were very pleased with its proximity to the metro as well as the Myeongdong Market. The room was comfy, had a great view, nice amenities (fridge, electric kettle, robes, slippers, shampoo/body wash, toiletries, etc.) and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We'd read about the elevator issues (only three for the entire building) and it was slow getting to the lobby at times, but we planned for this and left our room earlier than necessary so we weren't delayed. The Starbucks also was out of most food options on the one day we went for breakfast.

Location (proximity to Myeong-dong and public transport); the view from the window (able to see N Seoul Tower, not all rooms); staff is generally very friendly and helpful

The waiting time for elevator is indeed a big problem; there is a famous BBQ restaurant on the 2F, I'm not sure if that is the reason the hotel corridor smells BBQ at night (the room has no smell though)

location great, 5 to 7 minute walking distance to Myeongdong shopping district - Train station across street with stairway and elevator access -have 2 rooms - room were big -comfy bed and pillows - picture frame view of the city - with in same block access Cafes, restaurants, bars -bakery - hotel have Laundry and self service laundry room - not problem with the language - it is an American hotel Chain-

breakfast good but costly, bathroom, table and beddings very clean however, room floor, room curtain and closet very dusty - for me not acceptable for the value of the room

Exceptional comfort and quality, as expected of a Sheraton. Nice location within walking distance to Myeongdong and Euljiro Sam Ga, with plenty of food options and nightlife on offer without being too noisy. Room service and room quality was great.

the location is very great. it is just a few steps away from the closest station and an 8-min walk to myeongdong shopping area. the hotel is very accommodating. there is a day we all have to go out early by 7am. we hv sought help from the staff in arranging light sandwiches for us. the other thing is the room is very neat and tidy. the hotel breakfast is excellent with many different options, fitting different cultural background needs.

one thing is that the bathroom is half transparent, which is no good for travelers with roommates. for the couple is fine. it would be better if it is a wall instead.

Check-in was very fast and easy. Martin was very nice to allow us to check in early when we arrived. And the given rooms were all on the same level which was very convenient for us. Right outside the hotel is one of the metro exits which was great!

Housekeeping could be improved. On one of the days, our towels were tattered and had holes in them. There was also once where they gave us bath towels for the bathroom floor. The elevators took a while to arrive even though there were 4 lifts in operation.

We loved the location. It was easy to get to most places and the subway station is a short two minute walk from the hotel. There are many restaurants and convenient shops near by.

Staff were very friendly and responsive, but it took two phones to get our requests met (e.g., more toilet paper, shower wash and shampoo running out, etc). Also, the shower wasn't the cleanest but we also know that mold is common in humid environments.

Love the location as it is walking distance to Myeongdong and the Cathedral as well as the subways. Surrounded with eateries, a Starbucks and desserts cafe right below the hotel are a big plus point. There is also drop off point at the hotel which means there is no need to lug your luggages to the hotel.

The drainage in our room's bathroom was poor and we had to call the front desk to get it fixed. Hotel should provide proper floor towel as well.
