The location was great. Hotelroom was clean and met every expectation we had. Would love to stay here again!

Location, staff and cleanliness of room were all great. The hotel is just quite worn and needs some serious updating. And the rooms are very small. Expect to have difficulty finding space for larger luggage, and the shower will be tight for most people. However, the price was good, very clean room, friendly and helpful staff, too. And although we paid extra for the breakfast it was a good easy option and worth the price.

Just the common areas need refreshing. Clearly worn carpets and couches.

Location and breakfast is cool. But i do not like room without window. And they have not tooth paste, tooth brush and more that useful everyday.

Very convenient for Myeongdong area, a 5 minute walk. The staff were great. Breakfast was nice. Rooftop views were amazing.

Shower room was tiny, and glass all round lacked privacy as only one blind to shield you from the room view, ended you putting towel over the glass door.

The hotel is strategically located. It's very near the shopping area and food hubs in Myeongdong, yet it is far enough for a quiet and safe stay. It's very accessible as it's just about 5-min walk to 2 train stations. There's also a convenience store beside the hotel. Our room is pretty spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I like the fact that the toilet and the shower are separate, so it's convenient for me and my husband.

A water dispenser per floor would have been convenient for guests to refill their water bottles. There's only one water dispenser at the ground floor lobby. The hotel has no free toothbrush and toothpaste. But that's actually okay with us since we normally bring our own in our trips. So, this is just to inform future guests to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste or buy from the hotel or at the convenience store.

Hotel was located in a good area close to multiple metro lines and also was next to the final stop on the airport shuttle bus route which was super convenient after a long flight. Located next to the tourist shopping area so was easy to walk around and do shopping as well as hop on the nearby metro lines to travel to other parts of the city. Room was slightly on the small side for 2 people with suitcases but it met our basic needs. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar was very nice, Gym is real small but can get in a half decent dumbell workout. Overall a good stay.

Room was a bit small for 2 people. No natural light in the room due to construction work outside. Bathroom also a bit small but was ok for a short stay.

Best area to stay in Seoul. Right at Myeongdong and easy distance to most attractions, also subway stations close. Staff are very friendly and helpful . Rooms and amenities are very good. Rooftop bar very good with N Seoul Tower right there.

The buffet breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed at Ibis Insadong in May and the breakfast was all we could have expected but Ibis Styles at Myeongdong was the same offering every day. No fresh fruit , empty or near empty offerings, very understaffed, tables not being cleaned up for pretty long periods. We were there for nine days and we were not happy at all with the breakfast.
