The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with three options to choose from. Location was excellent for us as we wanted to try surfing every day and it is right across from the beach and good waves. There are surf racks in the courtyard too. An easy walk to lots of restaurants and food courts.

There is nowhere to hang bathing suits etc to dry! It can be a bit noisy but we had earplugs for sleeping. It would be nice to have lamps in the room for reading and nightstands by the bed as either the very bright light is on or off. Even a dimmer switch would be good.

The room was the perfect size, always cleaned, the hotel was very clean as well. Breakfast was great and amazing workers too! Mark was the absolute best!

The stay was overall amazing, I have nothing bad to say but If there could be one thing that could be fixed it would be the shower head. The bathroom was the perfect size though & the toilet was nicely decorated when we arrived. We really liked the extra detail. My friend is also a very light sleeper and she did wake up to noises of the cleaners very early in the morning! So light sleepers, bring your earplugs to avoid being woken up if you mind :)

Location was great. Just across from the beach and a couple nice restaurants, couple blocks from a surf rental shop, and a 5-10 minute walk to the city center. Place was clean and AC worked well. It was nice to have a shared shower outside as well as the one in our private room. To first rinse off from the beach before bringing in any sand and salt. Easy checkin and out.

there's no staff at the hotel, but you can whatsapp them and they will answer quickly.

I read some of the reviews after I booked, but before I stayed, so I was concerned about a few water pressure reviews, but for me that was not the case as the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure, but not that I care anyways. Rest of the reviews seem on point, as the rooms were great, they have a mini fridge too which maybe I didn't see on their listing. The lady at the reception was super nice and they have a nice cafe next door for breakfast, and amazing coffee! Beach is in front, economy rental car next door and I just walked the beach and town. This is the perfect location

This property is across the street from the beach and walking distance from the busier part of town. The property sends you all the codes to get into the property and for your room. If you pre-pay online you don't have to come in contact with anyone. Breakfast next door was nice as well.

It had a hostel feel to the place. The bathroom had a smell, there was an air freshener in there but it was empty.

Highly recommended, one of the only places Ive stayed in Costa Rica where you get what you pay for! Lovely friendly and helpful staff Spacious comfortable rooms Amazing big shower with hot AND water cold taps, good pressure :) Breakfast included too which the other places I stayed for the same price had only cold water tap in shower and no breakfast!

Nice staff. Close to the beach. Good breakfast. Clean room. The overall experience was great!

There was a sound from the waterheater or something that was a bit annoying. My husband could not sleep well. So if one is sensitive to noise maybe not the best place to stay.

Staff was amazing. Great low-key location in the middle of town.

They use a key code system for the front door and the one we got didn’t work. This could’ve been quite frustrating as there’s no reception or person on site after hours. Luckily awesome people made sure we could get in when we needed to.

Overall, the stay was great, no complaints at all. The beach is right across the road, and surfing as well, which is pretty cool, I never really seen that before. It seems to be an automative hotel which is a cool concept but I enjoyed it, you don't have to talk to any staff. But they do have a coffee shop next door with breakfast included, where you will find the manager, etc

Everything was great, will be back again.

Upon checking in, the receptionist was not friendly at all. It was almost like she was aggravated 🙄. I hate people who hate their jobs. If you don't like your line of work, I understand, but then find another line of work.
