I appreciated the comfort, the daily room cleaning, and the incredibly friendly staff. The quiet ambiance on the 18th floor was a delight, as was the high quality of the room amenities. The view from the room was excellent, and the hotel’s location in a peaceful neighborhood added to the overall experience. The free parking for our rented car was convenient, and we enjoyed a wonderful massage at their spa. Additionally, the concierge did a fantastic job handling the flawless delivery of parcels we had ordered from Amazon. Overall, our stay was exceptional.

On the downside, one of the pools was under maintenance, and the water in the other pool was not clean due to visitors using body oils. The hotel only provided one towel per person, although you could bring additional ones from your room. We were charged 30 dirhams for requesting cutlery and dishes in the room, which is something I’ve never experienced at a five-star hotel before. Also the gym was not free, Additionally, the hairdryer was fixed inside a cupboard, making it inconvenient to use as it required standing while drying your hair.

The staff were all friendly and very supportive.

In the bathroom after you done using it there’s a small of urine staying in there.

Extremely beautiful hotel and has an amazing lounge. The manager is very lovely and the dinner was amazing. The view was decent. The staff was extremely lovely.

Staff charged the card I booked with without telling me, or asking me, even though we paid with another card. This was solved and I was refunded. The taxis in the front of the hotel had a weird scheme going on. We would sometimes take taxis from the hotel and the hotel workers would whisper something to the drivers. Their prices would change even if location is the same, and then they would try to charge us extra for using credit cards. One even acted like his card machine didn’t work, and this ties to the hotel as the hotel worker whispered something to the driver. On top of that, the hotel cars are triple the price of local Dubai taxi. When we pay for a deluxe room, we do not expect the view to be of another building, either.

the pool is amazing, breakfast is lovely, check in not more than 30mins, overall nice experience.

the minibar was locked and we cannot use the fridge. there should be an extra fridge to use if they lock the minibar. the kids club is close, a lot of children were waiting for it to open, we keep coming back to check when it opens, but it was never open during our stay. kids were 😭 sad

Originally, I was going to book a normal room, as my daughter wanted to splurge in a 5-star hotel once. Then I discovered that a king suite was only marginally more expensive, so we took that :-). - Amazing value for money in Dubai, as it came with breakfast and dinner, with free drinks included at dinner. - The gym is absolutely amazing. - Service is really up to 5 star level - We asked for a (very) early check in, and arrived at 9am. As the room was ready, we were given the key immediately, and we could even change the breakfast from the last day (we checked out at 5am) to the first day. Thanks for the amazing service!

Nothing really, as we had a great stay. But if I really have to nitpick: we asked for some empty bowls and cutlery to be brought up to our room, and were told this would cost about 40 AUD (sorry, I forget the exact amount). This could just be included in the service, I feel.

I really appreciated the overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The staff were welcoming and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the amenities—especially the [pool/spa/breakfast/lounge, etc.]—added a lot of value to my stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. [For example, the room not have carpet for prayer, should put hand wash to sink in bathroom].While these issues didn’t ruin the experience, addressing them would make future stays even better.

Excellent services from hotel staff. Morning Breakfast serving team was excellent. Mentioning a few names Wen, Tun, Rose. Front desk team goes out of their way and give services for our comfort.

They charged for the cutlery to use in the room. Which is weird.

Staff at reception was very friendly, helpful and attentive I remember Ms. Kadija and Saurav for their help in providing information on places to visit, booking and mode of transport to such places. We are vegetarian and generally face problem during our tours to get good vegetarian food but thanks to Mr. John for his guidance to choose best vegetarian food items available at restaurants we never had any problem during our stay, we want to send our special thanks to Chef Tanish, Aman Negi, Alfred, Vijay, Humayun, Gurvansh and Abhishek for delicious food. Many thanks to F&B service staff Rose, Karim, Masud, Julia & Crisanta for their homely approach. Thank you Tanzin, Aman & George. Lastly want to thank housekeeping staff for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. It may be a design and execution issue but thought to inform you. We stayed in room numbers 2301 and 2303 on 23rd floor of the Hotel. In toilet of room number 2301 water used to come out of shower cubical whenever we took shower and accumulated in front of EWC seat. Though we managed this inconvenience and were all safe however want the concerned technical team to check this problem and sort it out at the earliest as some guest may slip and fall causing injury to them.

Window of improvement to have more diversified options for the breakfast menu

We stayed in a junior suite which was massive, like a large apartment. Massive bed, large lounge area, mini bar etc. We opted for the half board option which is really well worth having. Breakfast and buffet evening meal which included free alcohol. Also free access to a relaxation and coffee area on the 32nd floor. If you consider we paid £230 for two nights in a suite, including breakfast and dinner with free alcohol between 6-8pm, you can't beat that.

The hotel is just a little bit dated, only a little bit, but saying that it appears to be undergoing a revamp, externally anyway. Despite the older decor in places, its a very large and and very plush. There isn't much around the area, but its so hot you don't want to be walking anywhere anyway. Taxis were parked onsite should you need to visit anywhere, plus there is a Mall only 5 minutes away. The airport is close as well. Dubai downtown by taxi would only be 15 minutes.
