Overall great. E-butler service is very usable and efficient.

Russian speaking reception manager could be more informative and knowlegable re. resort's restaurants service conditions - E-butler service was far more convenient as well as simply suggest to pay in aed while check in saving a couple of hundreds of usd for the stay. Gym is too crowded -> can be hard to find right timeslot for comfortable workout even during the day (off peak).

The breakfasts were delicious - a number of different cuisines to choose from, including good family friendly options. The room was very comfortable and the added extra touches for the kids were really welcome. Enjoyed the hotel access to Wild Wadi. The kids club was great, although we only used it once in the end. Great location for visiting lots of places nearby - easy access by car. Our stay was really enjoyable - would stay again and would definitely recommend for families.

No kids club available in the Mina Salam - only available in Al Qasr, a short buggy ride away. Wifi seemed to be an open access so not very secure. Several lifeguards around each pool, which seemed slightly excessive for the number of people swimming at the time. Limited pool activities for the kids - only one kid pool in the hotel next door.

I love all the properties within jumeirah and I have stayed at the mall in Dubai and on many many occasions and this is my third time to this one this year

I have only downgraded my view on this occasion as the pool area has now been made to a club lounge and you have to pay extra if you want to sit round the pool for the day even if it was empty like it was this weekend. The only pool that is available is if you go to the new pool by the beach so it means if you do not like to get sand on your feet you have no choice so it has changed our perception as there is no longer got a pool offering without having to go 10 minutes down in a buggy and therefore you might as well stay at a different hotel in the first instance. I think it is a bad move.

Hotel is amazing! Beautiful, conveniently located, comfortable, with great service and concierge service. It left wonderful memories and a desire to return again. In general, we'd like to personally thank Kirill Sydorovskiy for his extremely attentive attitude to our requests, his desire to help us as much as possible and to advise us on everything we need. We have no complaints to other employees, but Kirill was supervising us and that is why we are especially grateful to him. We would also like to thank an employee of Amal Lounge named Fedor (alas, we did not ask his surname), who in addition to his duties told us a lot about the hotel and its facilities, options for travelling around Dubai and provided personal attention to us as guests. We are also thankful for the options for us such as the Amal Lounge and the Cala Vista pool. They created an exclusivity to our stay at the hotel and made us feel special as guests of the hotel. I cannot fail to mention the wonderful breakfasts, both in terms of the organization of the food and the amazing variety of dishes. Not to mention their quality and deliciousness. Last but not least on the list: the possibility of boat rides on the water around the hotels and villas gave the feeling of being in a completely unusual place, where beauty is combined with comfort, and where you can get both a real holiday and a sense of exclusivity of the environment.

It is unlikely that the Accommodation Service was unaware that room 152, originally provided to us, was very audible from the Cala Vista Café during nightly cleaning, which initially suggested guests' desire to change it. This was done. And alas, the large terrace in room 152 does nothing to compensate for the inability to sleep soundly throughout the night.

Hotel was beautiful, amazing buffet breakfast with high quality food. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, and so friendly! Huge comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Bathroom separate from room so very private and spacious too. Every evening room was turned down and re-stocked, especially loved lots of glass bottles of complimentary water! Loved the boat service around the Madinat free of charge when you’re staying at one of the hotels - very convenient. Restaurants and beach food fantastic. Couldn’t fault it at all! Special thanks to Rayan on the beach who couldn’t be more accommodating - all of the staff are excellent. Special thanks to Imran who would clean and turn down our room each day beautifully. E-butler on WhatsApp made all enquiries and bookings easy! The men at the lobby who would call your cabs and help with luggage were lovely and so accommodating.

Beach toilet was out of service so had to walk quite far to use nearest facilities.

What an absolutely phenomenal hotel. We were so blown away!! The gorgeous staff member who checked us in was sooo lovely. The hotel is next level gorgeous. We had a staff member come and show us around the room, as there are so many amazing features. We went out and got home and they had done a turn down service - with slippers at the bed, water next to our bed etc. The pool area was amazing. The buffet breakfast was like we were dining with the king. Walking distance to the souk with lots of shops and restaurants. The Abra water boat tour to take you around from place to place was also so cute. We have just finished travelling for 6 weeks worth of hotels, and this one blew our mind. The bed - oh my goodness - Luxury and comfort at its finest. Everything was absolute perfection.

this being our visit of number 6, we appreciate the efforts and results in maintenance and renovation. The high quality remained. We enjoyed our room, recently renovated. we enjoyed beach and pools.

prices became extremely high. No visible record of repeat visit. Top management not visible, not seen during our stay. We fent the efforts in food cost savings of buffet. The selection of warm breakfast buffet was reduced and looked tired. we hade to request for certain items - dates, water melon juice, etc - hiding below the counter. Live music entertainment- whilst much liked - extremely loud.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with exceptional service throughout. A special mention to Chen at the front desk, and all the staff in the lounge who were particularly warm and helpful, providing clear and detailed information. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, all serving delicious food. The hotel also provided a complimentary beach bag, which guests could take home after checkout. On the beach, there were thoughtful amenities like sunscreen, after-sun spray, iced water, ice cream, sun loungers, and towels. The pool temperature was perfect, and the exclusive executive pool was also a great addition. The safe guards were awesome. The private beach was well-managed, mainly catering to hotel guests, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive experience. Boat transfers were efficient, and the service was incredibly thoughtful.

Areas for Improvement: The price is quite high—while the summer rate was 800 AED, the winter rate surged to 6,300 AED, making the value-for-money questionable. The buggy service was frequently unavailable due to high demand, making it difficult to get around. Even when you make an appointment and reservation in advance. The concierge service was not very proactive. They didn’t actively introduce child-friendly activities within the hotel. It was only after the front desk staff informed us that we went to ask, and only then did the concierge provide details. Shower water pressure was weak, and while the hotel provided large bottles of shower gel and shampoo, some pump dispensers were difficult to use.

It’s so great for kids - under 4s eat free, staff are super accommodating for them and the splash pool at the kids club is sensational. Love all the restaurants avaible all within walking distance to avoid dubai traffic.

Staff on reception not a helpful/friendly as expected from a 5* hotel. Appreciate it’s a big hotel but staff can be inflexible when you ask for assistance outside their job roles. Also didn’t like that the only pool attached to the hotel you actually have to pay extra for - this should have been clear on booking,

The facilities, the grounds of the property, the valet staff, the restaurant staff, the breakfast, the omelette guys (both were great), the room, the view, the restaurants surrounding, trader vics, the buggy and the boat

Check in process was overly wrong and we were taken to the wrong floor, the check-in staff had poor communication skills, too many trainees at check-in desk, room not ready at arrival, card details not taken on entry, letter sent to the room to pay for two coffees, wrong room type given, poor response to calls and requests about housekeeping and maintenance services, poor and intermittent WiFi connection, air conditioning in the room dependent on the balcony being open. For an incredible property such as this, there has to be more attention to detail being paid to ensure an overall fantastic experience. These things are basics and as a guest you expect them to be taken care of.
