It was a perfect getaway🤍 Upon arrival, we were surprised with beautiful decorations in our room and a thoughtful anniversary gift. The breakfasts were very good, with a variety of delicious options that made every morning a delight. The view from our room and the bathroom was absolutely breathtaking – a perfect way to start and end each day.

While our stay at the hotel there were a couple of disappointments that we did not expect from a 5-star property. Every time we requested a bucket of ice to our room, it came with an additional charge, which I find quite unreasonable for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, one day after returning from the mall, we discovered that our room had been cleaned but no towels were left behind. We had to call and wait quite a while for them to be delivered.

Let me start by saying, this hotel had some serious glitches that made me feel like I was in a game of 'Hotel Simulator.' The Wi-Fi was slower than a sloth on vacation, and my room had an unexpected dance party with the lights flickering like disco balls. But then a girl came , receptionist Sandy! Seriously, she could've been wearing a cape! She swooped in with a smile that could melt the iciest of hearts and handled my complaints like a pro. With her charm, I forgot all about the Wi-Fi woes and the light show. Thanks to Sandy, I left feeling like I’d had a VIP experience—despite the hotel feeling like it was trying out for a reality TV show! If you happen to stay here, pray for glitches and hope Sandy is on duty. She might just save your trip with her laughing gas-level charm! 😂🏨✨"

I would like to thank first the general system of the hotel and the strong work system and the smile is always present which allows for successful communication and I would like to mention in particular the reception staff Mr. Hani Miss Ruby and Miss Hanin

It is unexpected But the rooms are non-smoking Which forces guests to go to the restaurant on the 49th floor or the bar on the 47th floor And there is no smoking area in the lobby Please put an alternative plan to solve this issue Because a large number of guests are smokers Thank you

The location of the hotel was near Trade Center, which is close to metro and stretch of restaurants and shop along Sheikh Zayed (seaside). Upon checking in, I was impressed on how the hotel staff handled the delay, that she gave us complimentary coffee while waiting for our room to be ready. She also assigned a cozy and high class room to us, with a great view of the buildings along Sheikh Zayed and Jumeirah area. The room was spacious, and the shower/tub area also has the same view from the window. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which offered the typical dishes/cuisine served in hotels here in UAE.

Our room was not yet ready even though we arrived late, and have to wait for more than 30 minutes. In any case, its fine with us since the hotel staff made sure that to assign a premium room to us. The room is not completely sound proof, as we can still hear the noise; may because the bar within the hotel is just a few floors from us. The swimming pool is also a bit small but good thing its not crowded when we went there.

My request was granted with a view of the museum of the future. Waited an hour though in the reception since the room is not prepared yet. Their initiative to surprise me for a birthday cake in the room gives extra special during the stay. The Asian lady in the reception is friendly and well spoken. The room is spacious with great facilities except the air condition! Shout out to Rana and akram in the Celsius restaurant for their excellent service and hard work.

The air condition was pre adjusted and it was a bit hot. We tried to adjust on our desired temperature but it keeps coming back to the original temp otherwise i could have give a perfect 10.

Customer service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived at the hotel the receptionist Kiran was very attentive to our requirements and made sure to cater to them effectively. That’s the best welcome you can receive. Also she made sure to welcome the kids with boxes of cookies which made them very much feel welcomed. Overall the staff was very friendly and caring which for me is a very important character of a good hotel.

A fridge in the room could be a value added addition. Plus the valet service was delayed more than once which was annoying in this summer.

The food, the room,the location and the staff aside from the valet service Honestly every is great aside from the valet, I will definitely recommend this to my friends and I would book again in the hotel in the future

The valet parking, once I was the only customer getting my car it took the like 20 mins. Once I put my car for valet parking I always dreaded it since I know that I'll most likely wait a long time the next day to get car, at one point I received my car completely dusty and with bird excrements.

Great location with great view to the Museum of the Future and close to the metro. Many supermarkets in the area, and the restaurants on site were amazing. The breakfast has good selection and attentive staff. The club lounge has a great relaxed atmosphere.

The breakfast at the club lounge was limited compared to the main breakfast buffet. The bars at the top floors are popular on weekends but share the same elevators as the hotel guests. Would prefer having separate elevators for the hotel guests.

From the moment I checked in, the whole atmosphere was relaxed, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and well kitted out. The view was spectacular and block blinds were excellent for night time. Bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen had a soft silky feel. Loved the bathroom, spacious, bright, clean and the toiletries provided were top quality. Breakfast choice was plentiful and service was with a smile. Perfect location and 0verall, it was a wonderful experience. I was just sorry I had to leave after one night. Definitely will recommend this hotel and certainly on my list for a return visit!

I cannot find anything to complain about!

The view of Sheikh Zayed from our room and bathroom was superb! We were upgraded to a better room on the 3rd night and it was such a great time. The staff were incredible! Nelson at concierge took great care of us and the team at the reception were very friendly. Excellent location next to KFC, the WTC metro, a supermarket and Golden Fork Restaurant which is quite affordable. Really enjoyed having great wifi and a casting option on the TV to watch YouTube, Netflix and amazon at will. Would highly recommend this property.

Some of the tech in the room failed. For example, the lights wouldn't turn off from some buttons and the curtain would sometimes open by itself in the middle of the night.
