Front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Great locaton and plenty of parking .

The housekeeping was extremely loud in the morning, made it impossible to sleep in. The cleaning lady was blasting videos on her phone as she kept passing by the room and walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything.

Great service. Very clean. Great location. Great water pressure. Pool and hot tub looked clean and well maintained. Exercise room looked well equipped.

It would have been perfect if there was a better view since it is so close to the beach, but even expensive resorts don't always have a view. Hot breakfast is only served on Friday to Sunday.

We loved the Loctation, it was close to everything you might want to do in San Diego. Pool was nice and so was the hot tub. We got the King sweet and put up a air mattress for the kids and the older one slept on the couch but the room had way more room that the 2 queen bed rooms so it was great for the space. Breakfast was great addition.

I Wish the door lock key worked better. We constantly had to get our key reprogrammed. They told us if it was close to an electronic or magnets that it would mess it up . But it worked great for the breakfast room, so was pretty sure it was our rooms key entry messing up.

This was a great apartment complex. The room was way more spacious than I expected, with good heating/aircon. The breakfast was basic but nice, and a welcome break from classic American over-indulgence. The facilities were as stated, I used the gym which was basic but served its purpose, unfortunately the weather was not good enough for me to test the pool. Finally, it is less than a 5 min walk from the nearest tram (trolley) stop, which runs up to the university or down to the city and all the way to the Mexican border. The staff were friendly and handed out free water bottles when we temporarily lost water during a storm.

My only complaint was that the water wasn't particularly hot, which I gather isn't important for most of the year, but I was staying in February so would have been nice to come back to a hotter shower.

Location is great, it's a simple, clean, comfortable place to sleep for the night when your spending the day wandering. Plenty of parking, too - don't take that for granted in San Diego. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance from the western edge of Mission Bay, and right next to the freeway. There's good food and drinks nearby, along with gas stations across the street and grocery stores further up the street.

The breakfasts most weekdays are kinda lackluster - waffle batter and irons to cook it with, boiled eggs, toast, muffins, that sort of thing. Not a big deal, but that's the closest I have to a complaint. Breakfast on Friday was nicer - some simple cheese omelets, bacon, potatoes.

The staff was great, no issues with my reservation or the room. The breakfast exceeded my expectations- the weekend crowd was big so I would suggest finding a larger area for the breakfast room. The location was perfect for us, we were minutes away from mission bay and mission beach. It was very easy for us to get on and off the I-5 and a nice coffee shop walking distance away.

the bathroom was very small and I wish the pool area was bigger as well. It looked like there were some renovations going on behind the hotel which made it look very unpleasant so hopefully if we come back next year they will be finished.

Breakfast was great. I love the room they look new. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Our room was great. Very clean hotel. Staff is very nice always smiling. The receptionist is very helpful, nice and accommodating. Easy to find convenient location close to the beach.

There was nothing I did not like there. Everything is great. There is nothing I did not like there. I would definitely recommend family and friends to stay there if they are looking for a great place to sleep and enjoy Mission Bay beach.

The weekend breakfast, the staff was amazing

The dirty pool the dirty hottub, the room looked nothing like the pictures on website, the black mold in the bathrooms, the smell of the room and the prostitutes working in the parking lot

Everybody working there was so nice and helpful! For the price and location, you can’t beat it. It’s walking distance to the bay. It’s very quick driving distance to sea world, fiesta, Island, downtown, etc. etc. We were really impressed with how clean everything was kept. They have some people working nonstop with great work ethic… And it shows.

I just wish there were windows facing the ocean… We were in the rooms that could have seen the ocean, but there were no windows. I don’t think that something you can change but I think it’s unfortunate. I do know that the cost of the rooms would go up as well.
