I think paying for WiFi is unacceptable j. This day and age I’ve never paid to use it at other hotels.

I could not get coffee anytime...I travel for work...Coffee is ALWAYS available at all the hotels!

This is our third year at this property. We love the location.Best perk...walk across the pool patio, down the stairs and you're on the beach. You can enjoy enjoy the ocean and beautiful sunrises from your balcony. Rooms are clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Shopping and eateries across the street. The price is very affordable. Can't say enough great things about them. Our visit was cut short because of hurricane Helene. We left tow days early and they did not charge us. They're the best!

I really liked being on the ground floor . Nice view of the pool and oceon. The house keepers were very nice. Always willing to help.

I didn't like having to park at the hotel I spent money to book my room. That should never happen. Continental breakfast also should cost nothing. These hotels cost too much money to make their customers pay for parking and breakfast......

It was my first time at this hotel and I really liked it. Excellent Customer Service, Very friendly and helpful staff, super clean, great location, love the room, love the oceanfront view, great place for family and friends, I definitely recommend it ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ and I come back Thank you. The only thing I didn't like was the disrespectful guests smoking weed on the balcony, when the hotel indicates that you should not smoke in any of the hotel areas. although I think it is not the hotel's fault, because it is something that is out of its reach

The room was big and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Parking was easy and the location was great. They have an onsight restaurant and bar.

The bar opened at 5pm. It should open earlier. Due to the hurricane the hot tub was closed and there was constructing by the pool.

The location was great for being on the beach and with a shopping center across the street with grocery store and restaurants.

Lower level rooms facing a wall should be turned into staff areas. Customers should not be paying money at a beach location to look out the window at a wall. Fortunately, I was moved the next day, but it was embarrassing when family and friends came by to visit on the first day.

The pool was very dirty even though that the pool company came everyday, they never swept or vacuumed the pool and there were only about 8 or 10 lounge chairs in the pool area and when one of our friends asked about more chairs they said there's a gift shop down the street they can go buy on, "How disgusting". Location is perfect. Easily located. Easy check in and out. Front desk was always very polite and helpful. Has supper first night in the restaurant and it was very tasty. There is a strip mall across the street that includes grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shop, drug store and others. Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. Walk across the pool deck, down the stairs and you are on the beach. Room and pillows are comfy. Can't wait to return

The pool deck had areas blocked off from pavers collapsing. Could be signs from the hurricane just now showing up. We feel like the room was clean yet it could use a deep cleaning.

Great location- beach was beautiful. Received booking confirmation email w message about hot tub not yet repaired from bad storms. I had expected some issues with pool & hot guy but appreciated not having to hunt through reviews to find out it was closed. Good value for money. Very nice front desk-was able to check in a little early & provided late check out when I asked for it.

Never any beach towels when we checked twice. When we asked it was too early they weren’t out yet & second time it would be 20min until next batch came out. We didn’t want to wait & miss out on beach time so we beached wo towels.
